The location is great. Unfortunately no service at all, no room service, dishes in the dishwasher, window cannot be opened and closed properly.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are large, clean, there is a kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, ALL dishes!), thanks to the owners for the well-equipped rooms, we will come to you again and again!!! If you have a car, don’t worry there is a large underground parking nearby, 20€ for a day, 33€ for two days. Peace and goodness to everyone. I recommend!

Horror situation! I booked a room and when I arrived I found a person inside that says she has the same room booked for two days. Customer care didn't find another room or structure in alternative. There's no one in the building that can give some help in person, nor security or doorman. Extremely disappointed. Aufenthalt in Baden Baden ruined.

The room was very nice and reasonably priced. Kitchen with fridge and dishwasher is good, although we didn't need them.It can sometimes be difficult with online booking, when there is no one to receive. Our confirmation was in Spanish, which we did not understand. It worked out anyway.Difficult to determine if the situation was good. There were places to eat nearby, which we were happy with.The accommodation can be recommended, but is a bit difficult to find. There are not many parking lots nearby.

By now it's a best hotel of this kind that I have been staying in Germany 👍First of all, prices are very reasonable.Good location in the heart of the city.We had really nice room with little kitchen where was everything you need. Devices as fridge, stove, dishwasher were brand new, all pots and pans also in a very good condition (it's so rare!.) Plates, cups and forks and spoons also were new and shiny. As a nice detail there was Nespresso coffee machine with some capsules, tea pot with tea bags, cream and sugar.Room itself was clean and tidy, fresh bedsheets and towels.Also I should mention attentive staff which are available 24/7 to answer your question and resolve problems. They speak several languages, which is also advantage.Only positive emotions of our staying in the limehome suites, I feel rested. Thank you ❤️

Perfect location, easy access, check in/out. Very clean and modern apartment. The only issue are the paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbors at all times! Everything else was perfect! Close to everything. In the best area of the town.

Very disappointing that when you book an apartment with car parking, one finds out later there is no parking possible at the building. Maybe this can be removed so travellers are aware of it.

My wife and I did online check in as they asked us. When we arrived to the hotel we noticed they haven't sent us the key to enter (they forgot to send it to us). We stayed with our luggage for 1+ hour in the rain because we had no answer from they're so called 24/7 help number. After complaining about this they offered us 10% in the next order and only till June??? (We live 5,000 km away). Never had this bad customer service. Wouldn't risk it again.
