Very clean and large four-bed room with a very nice and clean bathroom. Very well located. Not far from Hanover's old town, doable on foot, also possible with the tram in front of the door in about 5 minutes to the city center. Behind the hotel, around the corner, you can park for free in the Caritas parking lot (if available). The hotel is located at a large intersection, but you don't notice any noise at all. There are many restaurants and small supermarkets etc. on the street.Very good value for money especially since it is not too far from the center.

The room was damp and there were flowers on the wall and in the bathroom too! We were there with children, the beds were sagging, no air conditioning. Window about 50x50 cm into the backyard with a view of a garbage container, as the room is in the basement! No staff at reception or anywhere else! The key was in the box, throw it in a box when you left. The bill was on the counter! I think for €85 per night it's a disgrace!

Not only that we couldn't check in at 2 p.m. but had to wait another 40 minutes (we had already announced our arrival at 1 p.m.), the toilet seat is also broken (it's not possible to sit on it) and no remedy is provided except "you can cancel ".The hotel does not have a permanently manned reception. The corners of the room are dusty. There was long dark hair on the bed.The environment takes some getting used to.The room window faces the inner courtyard where the garbage dump is and the church bells can be heard very well.

A hotel with nice staff, but that's it. No parking, no breakfast! In the city center, just on foot and with alcohol and without having to endure any demands. OK for celebrating and sobering up. But the price is still too high for that. Well, I would have liked to have avoided this experience.

74 euros for one night - that was definitely 74 euros too much. The term “deluxe double room” is an absolute joke. When we arrived, there was no one there at first. A lady who was smoking in the entrance told us that the man at reception was at his car and would be back shortly. What that meant: He was standing at a big car with two other gentlemen and talking. When he was finished and came to us, everything was fine, he was very nice and tried hard. The reception looked a bit put together, but that's ok. We got the room key, opened the room door (room 10) and we were immediately met with a strong smell of cats, mold and chlorine 🤢 The floor was stuck, the carpet looked dirty. The strong smell of chlorine came from the bathroom, which was at least reasonably clean. We don't know where the strong smell of cats came from, but it couldn't have come from 1-2 nights with a cat in the room.We quickly left the room and went for something to eat. Within a few minutes it was decided that we would definitely not sleep there even for one night, so we booked another hotel online. This was directly across the street - "Boutique 030 Hannover City". At this point a clear recommendation: A super nice gentleman at reception with whom we had a very good conversation. A very clean and nice room with a roof terrace - no furniture but perfect for tea the next morning. At 85 euros per night, slightly more expensive than the HR RoomS - but worlds better! We just quickly grabbed our bags and would have liked to have said a few more words about it - but of course the reception was unmanned again. The smoking lady was standing in the entrance again, we don't know whether she belonged to the hotel or not, so we didn't talk to her.Definitely never, ever again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️Great hotelTop location, cheap in terms of price (didn't need breakfast, just wanted to sleep), nice staff, something could be renovated soon if necessary. But price/line unbeatable. I'd love to come back⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is well located. But the room wasn't nice at all. There was a very worn and rancid carpet in the room and there were several places on the walls that were moldy. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and completely covered the radiator, which meant it didn't really get warm in the room. Of course, this also promotes the aforementioned mold formation. The entrance is very hidden in a doorway and difficult to find.
