When I booked this place, I thought it looked nice and modern and in a quiet location. Unfortunately it turned out to be a very noisy place for my Husband and I and we had to leave the property and lose money. We had paid for 2 months and left after 3 weeks, and although we were refunded our second month, they wouldn’t give back our deposit for this, despite being advertised as quiet with no parties/music etc allowed but not actually monitoring this.One evening guests had even set up their own projector outside by the pool and had a loud film on. I filmed this and sent it to the owner and even though they agreed with the noise, they didn’t stop it. In our room all we could hear were guests talking and being loud early hours of the morning.Please everyone be aware, that they advertise themself as a quiet place and ask you to respect guests with no parties and loud noise, but in no way do they monitor it or care when it happens. I should also add there were a group of guests using drones filming the pool and rooms and again, the staff didn’t care about this, despite the lack of privacy it then gave.I strongly believe they should have refunded us our deposit for the second month, purely because we had to leave due to the property not being as it advertised.

Casa De Ozora is a true gem. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest hospitality. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.The villa itself is a serene oasis. Lush greenery, the soothing sounds of birds, and beautifully decorated fish tanks create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The modern and comfortable rooms, coupled with the two well-equipped kitchens, made our stay incredibly convenient.The highlight was undoubtedly the enormous pool overlooking the river. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning views. The large common area, complete with a movie room, sun loungers, and a hammock, offered plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.We also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, the secure parking for our bikes, and the option for on-demand housekeeping. The overall ambiance of the villa was incredibly inviting, and we found ourselves completely at ease.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality, Casa De Ozora is the place to be. We highly recommend it!
