We registered with 6 people to eat duck. From the start we were served very attentively and friendly. The food was just great😋. For dessert there was a cheese plate. That was an eye-catcher and so delicious.There's probably a new chef in the kitchen - that was a very good start 👍The entire team was convincing!

The rooms are super nice, lovingly furnished. The team is very friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is a little below and you have to drive all the way around, but it's very easy to reach once you know 👍

A lot of things didn't fit here.Whether it was the casual tone when checking in, the accommodation on the street, above the entrance, the not really clean room, the breakfast or the unbelievable room price (4 nights for more than 500 euros).I travel all over Germany for work and have already gotten to know many hotels.When I booked, I had no idea that this week would be the most important event of the entire year for the innkeeper (Schützenfest). Nevertheless, I can expect a clean room where the lighting works, hot coffee for breakfast and a restful night's sleep (I had asked for a quiet room).There is still a lot of room for improvement in this house in most areas, except when it comes to pricing.For the next appointments in Dannenberg, I'm happy to travel a few kilometers.

Except for the fried potatoes (which unfortunately were NOT crispy), the food was very, very good!Everyone was very child-friendly and had a good relationship with the children and what they got up to...

I enjoyed the position of the hotel. It looks like a traditional german building. It's near a small river, a bridge's across it, then you get to the centre of the village.The individual breakfast was varied.The room was spacious and warm.The owner's kind.Ah, almost forgot - the sheets and pilows were perfectly! Very soft and fluffy that I take pictures to the label to buy the same for home ❤️

A very cozy atmosphere, unfortunately our waitress was very quick to clear away the dishes, I was still eating and my husband had finished eating and they were already clearing away and the same was true with the drinks, I still had something in mine Glass and it was cleared away without any questions, unfortunately 🙄

Beautifully located hotel. Near the water canal. Hotel in an old building. The rooms are very clean, you feel at home there. It was a pleasure to sleep in it. Two bottles of water. Nice and communicative service. The breakfast was filling and very tasty and fresh. When I'm in the area, I'll come back here.

We got a great, large room without a reservation. The service was friendly, helpful and attentive. Great breakfast with delicious rolls. One star deducted because of the nightly visit of small pests (mosquitoes), which is due to the immediate proximity of the old Jeetzel. An elevator would be desirable, but this obviously cannot be implemented given the historical design of the building. The hotel is highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Excellent ambience, staff very friendly. The room had a kind of anteroom with a wardrobe and enough space for both suitcases.The bed linen was an absolute surprise – 90% down! The covers made of high-quality cotton. We slept very well there – like at home.The breakfast was very plentiful, there was fresh cold cuts from the butcher as well as cheese, eggs of your choice, coffee, orange juice, jam. It was far more than we could eat. Price-performance ratio is absolutely top for the overall package.

Super nice and lovely employees and owners, the parking lot is free, the restaurant tastes very good and the breakfast is well prepared. At breakfast it is not a buffet, the time is requested and then it is set with the most common things. If you want something specific, e.g. tea instead of coffee, more cheese, spreads or more cereal, you just have to ask. Personally, I think that's okay. Our room faced the street, so it was unfortunately noisy when cars drove past when the window was open. The hotel is in the middle of the old town, the old town is very beautiful, there is a lake and a huge playground for children in the immediate vicinity.

We ate in the restaurant, the selection of dishes is certainly enough, but there is certainly not something for every taste. The prices are certainly too high for the taste of the food, one assumes that the quality is high, which is not the case. The taste is rather average.
