Very simple. Rubbish all around and unsightly. It was incredibly loud for hours until 9 p.m. There was drumming by some association in long robes. Too expensive for all that.

2 stars only because the staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite good. The room was really bad, dirty and musty. The towels weren't clean, smelled and weren't changed. The room wasn't cleaned during our 2 days stay, but was already dirty beforehand. Mattresses and beds scattered throughout the room that looked awful. Bed was rather worn out and partly broken. The bathroom was harsh, the soap holder in the shower was completely rusted and also very dirty, the toothbrush cup looked like it had been used by someone else shortly before my visit. Plates, cutlery and cups in the breakfast room were dirty, breakfast and coffee were good. On my floor everything else was non-domestic permanent guests who were constantly making noise. So I don't want to go there again. And that for 90 euros per night. In my opinion, no recommendation. It's a shame actually, because the location isn't bad and you could really do something with the substance.

Canceled in the middle of the renovation? At least that's how it seems... Well started with the equipment and then? Not much anymore... Cleanliness is non-existent. Reception: We waited and the bell rang at some point. Then someone came in slippers and with a coffee cup, rang the bell and said that someone would be coming soon. Waiting again... we were just about to call the phone number provided when we were "helped".In the room: 3 beds in less than 30 m², RWM in the drawer, dust mice and other "crumbs" on the floor. For the rest, “pictures speak louder than words”Parking situation... if there is something free on the right side of the street (uphill), it is completely sufficient. Otherwise, please don't look around too closely outside.A pity. You could really do something with it. Maybe that will happen - it would be nice.

We booked the hotel because of its location and the affordable price for the night. We received a friendly welcome. The room was very simple but functionally furnished and, above all, clean. We were pleasantly surprised.

When I arrived there in the afternoon, I was greeted by a row of flower boxes with withered plants and windows covered with non-transparent foil. I thought: a case for Rosin!! The whole exterior...it could be a nice hotel if someone put their money into it.In the foyer there was a removed car back seat on the right and a single car seat on the left. Very inviting!😕A bouquet of flowers with mostly dried ones in it.After ringing the bell several times, someone actually came. The card payment system didn't work (if there ever was one). The elevator didn't work either! The room key is a simple apartment key, the door seemed to have been kicked open before, my bed seemed unused, the room... spartan and run down, curtains didn't darken, the bathroom was like that. I still didn't shower. Breakfast was included but I find it impossible to force a vegetarian breakfast on the guests. Unfortunately, I only saw this after booking and didn't even look for the breakfast room!Of course, when I left there was no one at the reception. But since there were already a few room keys on the counter, I put mine there and left.(This so-called hotel was formerly a youth hostel which, as a friend told me, was sold for a symbolic euro. That's what it looked like, I'm just wondering... doesn't anyone come and check it? So much is controlled.🤷🏼‍♀️When I went into the room in the evening, I thought: This could be cheerful." There was such a noise in the next room that I feared for my sleep. 30 minutes later, so quiet that I thought I was all alone in the house. The view from my window was positive! (If you forget about the Dixi toilet)
