Good hotel. This is my second time staying here. Price per month is about 10,000 baht. Depends on the season. Convenient location. Quiet. Near 7 eleven. Departure to the road leading to Karon and all other directions. Friendly staff.

A good hotel - price-quality ratio.Internet is excellent. You enter the password once for the entire period of your stay (you do not need to enter it every time you enter a new session). deposit 3000 baht. returned - everything is ok. cleaning and changing beds and towels costs 300 baht. The bed is clean, comfortable pillows and blankets. The reception will help you with any questions. One of the minuses is the door to the toilet has “blinds”, which is not very convenient for double occupancy. Daikin air conditioners. There is a safe, but it's small - it doesn't fit a laptop. I left it in the room, there were no problems with safety.

A place to stay at an economical price. Good service. Big room. Hot water, AC works well. Clean rooms. The location is near 7-eleven and near motorbike rental so it's easy to get to Pating Veach

Upon arrival they ask for a deposit of 3000 baht. And when you leave, it’s not a fact that they will return it! The bed was dirty and seedy with characteristic stains even on the duvet cover; like a fool, I had to wash it so I could sleep on a clean one. But when I checked out, it turned out that I had soiled two towels and they wanted to take 1000 baht from me, but in the end, due to arguments, they only took 500 baht. My advice to you: when you check into hotels, including this one, take a photo of the towels and what they are like. And don’t be lazy to take apart the bed for stains🤝

BV house proved to be a perfect place for my stay. The spacious rooms, including the washroom and balcony, provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The high-speed internet was a welcome amenity, and the hotel's location allowed for easy access to Patong beach and the walking street. Tucked away in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the bustling surroundings. With good restaurants nearby, everything I needed was within reach. I highly recommend BV house for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area
