*The villa is not situated along the main road and have to be accessed via a 20 second walk.** The lack of reviews did get me suspicious but the real reason (after chatting with the owner) was the villa was only completed in April this year. Hence, adding my review in hopes of assisting others who feel the same way as I did.I stayed in this villa with friends for 4 days last week in my first trip to Bali. The villa was new, clean and spacious. The staff were nice and friendly, and having a manned frontdesk 24/7 calmed my nerves, after hearing horror stories of break-ins at other villas.However, [it's my first time staying in a villa anywhere and I'm not sure if it's a common issue] there were (dead) millipedes in the pool and 1 encounter in my bedroom and bathroom (no idea how they got in), which resulted in us barely using the pool. There were also occasional flies and mosquitos in the living area.Pests aside, the place was generally clean and quiet.

Overall Nice!!Note: The front parking lot is not level... for sedans or crossovers, the bottom of the car is a bit stuck due to the high bumpy or uneven road

All is good, the villa is clean, aesthetic, suitable for a staycation with family, the service is friendly, there is a very complete kitchen, the mattress is soft and the pillows are too, very comfortable
