We spent one night in the hotel.Everything you need is in the rooms. Beds soft and comfortable.Pool is large and the water is 28°C. The pool was usually not very busy, which we really liked. However, the pool is closed a few hours a day due to children's swimming or other courses...The various saunas are not large, but were completely sufficient. A 90° sauna and a 60°C. However, the saunas are only open from 4 p.m.Breakfast was very, very good! Selection also very good. Staff at breakfast were also very nice. The parking situation is very difficult...so we parked in a nearby parking garage for €10 (26 hours)

Good, central location. The room was very simple, a bit dirty and extremely noisy.

Were checked in for 2 nights. There is no relationship between price and performance. An overnight stay for €189 (according to information from a really nice receptionist, daily rates apply!) I can expect better for this, even in the greater Hamburg area. The rooms were clean, but very old. The sauna department was okay, but wellness is different. Here too, everything is getting old. I would only like to mention the heavily rusted metal frame to the swimming pool in passing. The TOP location and the team at the reception were positive. Everyone very friendly. So be careful when booking and comparing on portals!!! We booked directly because we had booked one night through MyDays and wanted to book a follow-up night😕Our needs for Hotels Achat Group are covered.

+ Convenient location(10 minutes walk from Bahnhof).+ Clean room/bathroom.+ Fast check-in and check-out with helpful receptionist.However,- Aging building, decor and furniture.- You have to keep the bathroom door closed, since it emits waves of bad odor (even before using it), probably when someone uses flush in other rooms.- Below average breakfast. A few things offered, and not restocked for a long time (I waited for juice to be refilled in the orange juice dispenser but never happened), and a very unhappy looking man grudgingly servicing the breakfast room, (probably because the coffee machine was broken).Maybe ok for a single night's stay on a business trip if you have no other options. But it's definitely not what you would expect from a '4 star' hotel.I know that the star ratings are determined by completely different (and honestly speaking, a bit irrelevant) criteria like how many hours the reception is manned, or a table and chair in room etc. but usually a certain quality of infrastructure and service is associated in our mind with a star rating, and with experience of many hundred stays in as many hotels, if it was up to me, I would rate it a 3- star hotel.

Super nice medium-sized hotel in the middle of Buchholz. The staff is friendly and open to all questions and requests. The pool offers special times for children's swimming for families. Overall, a well-rounded offer for overnight stays with breakfast and dinner at a fair price.

We stay there for 3 daysSwimming pool and sauna perfect.Shortcoming.Frames in swimming pools rust, bubbles cause injury.Lamps in hallway without glass and open cables.Neighboring room can look at the bed.Black silicone joints in the shower. No fridge in the room for 4 stars bad if we asked.7 parking spaces not enough, you have to pay 10 euros per day for underground parking.Staff very friendly and helpful.Great breakfastWe are disappointed for the money I don't know where the 4 stars are
