Nice hotel in Gifhorn. Here again we called spontaneously and got a nice room. The reception was very friendly.

It's worth it

The Hotel INN is wonderful, the rooms are very pleasant and beautifully designed, you can tell that a lot of love goes into it, we were welcomed very warmly and hospitably, Mr. Karakas is a wonderful person and is committed to his guests, No matter what wish you express or what concern you have, the Lord helped you immediately. We had to book the hotel several times in a row throughout the week because there were a few problems with our chalet. We checked out every day and finally had to book the hotel again for the evening. Mr. Karakas helped us immediately so that we always had a nice and clean one Got a room. I can only give out all the stars because of such a good and passionate hotel employee. We wish the hotel continued customers and would love to see you again soon.

Service and communication ok. Rooms are clean so far but could be improved. Pillows, mattress, needs to be better. The water in the shower doesn't drain properly either. Shower cubicle leaking 😖

Very nice boss, caring! Clean and quiet. A small breakfast in some form would make things perfect.

With regard to your reaction to my wife's review, I would also like to give my impression of your house, especially because the majority of Google reviews are far removed from reality and sometimes sound like the heroic tales of a travel guide:-The Gifhorn Inn is located in the former water association building.-It is located at one of the top 5 major intersections in Gifhorn-The in-house unattractive parking lot is very unkempt. In the back area it looks like a construction yard. There is also a car wreck.-The exit with the crossing cycle path and the wall on the right is very dangerous.-Next to the house entrance there is a garage, the half-open door of which is temporarily secured with stones.-The house entrance has had its best days.-The traffic in the stairwell is clearly noticeable in the room.-In our first room, the receiver that had been decommissioned by SKY (without Sky program; without instructions) asked for a code immediately after starting.-This first room, facing south towards the street with its large window front, does not have the necessary external sun protection and is far too warm.-In the second alternative room to the north we were immediately informed that the shower door was difficult to operate.-The windows are difficult to use.-The refrigerator is still covered with protective film.-In view of the payment that had already been made and the difficulty of changing hotels at short notice, we stayed and learned from it.-The room is simply furnished, which is basically OK. The cabinet opens on its own and its detached seals curl. The TV is quite small. Unfortunately, the windows remained closed at night because of the street noise.-The wet room must be “closed” with a superfluous glass sliding door. The attacks are quite primitive.-The sink itself has no storage space, so the soap dispenser is glued there.-The toilet is “unique”. I've never come across anything like that. In addition to the fear of clogging it up, as a man I'm primarily concerned with not "diving in" too deeply.-There is a total of a single roll of toilet paper.-The shower is very difficult to open/close. The floor is slippery and scratched. There is no storage space for shower utensils.-The shower head holder is not adjustable and not attached properly.-For towels (the large towels do not have a hanging loop) there are 4 hooks, no crossbars.-No storage space for your own clothes in the bathroom.-The silicone in the shower area looks unprofessionally applied and old, partly moldy.-The room door is good because it is robust and sealed.In summary, it is a simple hotel with many shortcomings that should offer something more than just being extremely friendly or smiling. “Reviews” with terms such as: B. "stunning" or "luxurious" are in no way understandable. What is striking about the Google reviews is that often - in contrast to Morada reviews - only the Gifhorn-Inn was reviewed, nothing else in the world. What is striking is the disproportionate share with foreign names. What is striking is an alleged US traveler and hookah friend who "couldn't choose a better hotel". What is striking is the first review with Turkish name Karakas, a name that can be associated with several construction companies in the Gifhorn area, such as: B. also with Deko-Bau ... which have a mailbox next to the "Gifhorn Inn" entrance and whose vehicles can also be seen there.

The staff is super friendly and responds to the guests' wishes.The room is well furnished with a fridge, kettle and TV, it is also clean and smells good.The hotel is also located between restaurants, Lidl and McDonalds, which makes it very pleasant if you spontaneously decide to go out for something to eat.If you also like to go for a walk, you can go into the forest opposite and stretch your legs there.With the windows closed you can no longer hear the cars at night, so this shouldn't be a problem.I can only recommend the hotel, I give it five stars!

I was here and researched the hotel and relied on the reviews. Unfortunately I don't know how some people get something like 5 stars. 1. The shower the silicone bottom drawer 2. You can't close the cupboard because the cupboard door doesn't stay closed. Outside blinds don't go down 3. Windows are warped 4. Street noise 5. Refrigerator close to the bed, with cool noise.206 euros for 3 nights is not relevant.
