I felt very comfortable. It is very nicely located. The staff was friendly and the food was down-to-earth but tasty.Completely satisfied!WiFi available and working. Making phone calls (not via WLAN) is difficult, but the hotel can't do anything about that. It's just there to relax and for wellness 😉.

One thing in advance, we will book the hotel again. The location is beautiful in the oldest Rundling village. From here we were able to start wonderful excursions, for example to the Nemitzer Heide. The half board booked left nothing to be desired. The dishes were all freshly prepared and very tasteful. So on Saturday there was a barbecue evening for us guests with lots of delicious things. And special praise to the staff, always friendly, helpful and competent. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at the potato hotel

Think carefully about whether you really want to book this hotel. A deposit is due immediately. The entire price is due 14 days before (!!!) arrival. If you forget this or have to cancel due to illness (even weeks before), you will incur horrendous cancellation fees, which are not shown on the reservation confirmation. It will only apply to the general terms and conditions on the website. You have to search there for a long time to find the cancellation conditions. You would only get out of the loop if you actually visit this hotel within 6 months.#Answer: what a level....Point 1: You are not a tour operator, so you don't have their rights Point 2: A tour operator only pays the hotel when the guests leave, see TUI etc. The guest pays TUI Point 3 : A reference to cancellation fees only in the terms and conditions of the website is not in accordance with the law, as I am not obliged to visit your website. The terms and conditions should have been sent with the reservation confirmation. The person who spreads half-truths is you. The cancellation costs as far as possible Advance bookings are illegal, you even get paid for breakfast if you cancel. Cancellation fees charged serve to compensate for damagesNo-show.When it comes to the amount of your cancellation costs, you are obliged to prove to the person canceling that the room could not be re-let (based on your booking receipts) and breakfast has no place in the cancellation costs, as you will not suffer any damage here. I therefore reserve the right to Dehoga as well as informing the trade inspection office about your practices... Travel cancellation insurance? This was not visible on your website and your employee on the phone did not point out the cancellation conditions or the insurance. We had booked a wellness weekend at this hotel. If you really want to switch off and have nothing around you, this hotel is perfect! It's super idyllic, you can rent bikes to go on tours and the wellness treatments were very, very good.The food also tasted very tasty (always potato-heavy, of course :))The room was nice, spacious, although not 100% free of cobwebs - we didn't mind that.If you want to relax in nature for a weekend, I definitely recommend this great hotel.

A very nice hotel on a former farm in Rundlingsdorf. The room and bathroom are good, the seating area in front of the room is very inviting and you have a very nice view. The breakfast is good, the dinner is rather modest and tastes bland. The reception on the day of arrival was very friendly, but we were irritated by the fact that there was no room service.

The hotel is quite remote in a typical round village of the region, but that is exactly what makes it so attractive. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating and after a short time you feel at home, which is also helped by the cozy rustic atmosphere of the restaurant, the inner courtyard and the cozy rooms. The sauna visit, which is included, was very easy and the meals were varied and of high quality, albeit rustic. To enjoy a break in nature and a friendly environment, this is exactly the right destination.

Very warm and friendly welcome. Beautiful room in the main building with a modern bathroom and a view of the beautiful courtyard. Breakfast as a rich, very tasty buffet. Dinner that evening was also buffet style with all kinds of potato dishes. Very tasty and also very friendly service. The price for overnight stay with breakfast was fair. We had a very nice weekend with some walks in the nearby Rundlingsdorf and along field paths

If you want peace and seclusion but still be close to a city, this is the right place for you. We had a super renovated double room with a view of the “wellness house”. There are enough loungers, chairs and cushions for sun seekers. The food is super tasty and sufficient. They were very relaxing days.

Relaxing short break in the Lüneburg Heath. Overnight stay in a functionally furnished room with a chic bathroom and a small terrace. Pampering breakfast and very good evening menu with regional products. No fancy or animation, just pure peace and quiet. Excursion to the Nemitzer Heide, Lüchow, Gartow and Schnackenburg. Not the first and certainly not the last holiday in the first German potato hotel.
