Great location, but also very loud! The room was ok, enough for sleeping. However, the room smelled very bad! There is no heating in the bathroom, it is already cold! But you are right in the city and don't have to walk long. However, there are no parking spaces etc.

The check-in counters didn't work. The room was clean, but smelled a bit musty. Breakfast OK. Parking situation difficult, you have to plan some time.

The price/performance ratio is reasonable. The room was clean and functional.The size is just okay. The location of the hotel and the distance to the main train station are further plus points.I found the adjoining supermarket to be rather disturbing, as it resulted in rubbish and, above all, drunk people being found in front of the door.My biggest point of criticism relates to the breakfast I booked for 12.90 euros.The quality and presentation of the products on offer is better.To put it mildly, the ambience of the breakfast room needs a lot of improvement. A few pictures and green plants in this area would enhance the space.Tables and chairs do not convey a high-quality impression.When we checked out of the hotel we didn't say goodbye. The receptionist printed it on meI asked for an invoice that I had already paid the day before. That's why there are drawbacks in the service section of my review.Conclusion: Price for an overnight stay in a modern, clean room is great. You don't necessarily have to book breakfast.

Spontaneous short vacation for two in Emden. The hotel is in the city center and yet the room was quiet (no noise). Breakfast with room for improvement. Boiling water and selection (coffee or tea) in the room free of charge as well as a bottle of water (also free of charge). We stayed there for two nights and overall we were very satisfied.

Hotel located in the middle of the city, on the Agterum thoroughfare. Reception on the 4th floor, as well as the breakfast room. This is very simply furnished. There is no service here, except that you are asked for the room number. During our stay, the kitchen was supplied by the breakfast room during breakfast time. The room was very small 16 square meters. No closet, just small open shelves. Cleanliness was also lacking. Cleaning was only done at eye level. Thick dust on top panels and shelves. The toilet door is full of stains. There were no chairs either, just 2 small stools. You can only stay here for one night at most.

The receptionist can't do anything more than the check-in computer or the appearance of demotivation is a reality.The table in the room was dirty, which makes you wonder what else.Otherwise the room is great, heating and air conditioning, windows for ventilation, comfortable beds and a good bathroom.If the receptionist were engaged and the table was cleaned, this would be a great hotel in the middle of the city and would have five stars everywhere!

We were positively surprised by this hotel. The service left nothing to be desired. There was always a contact person. The rooms were always clean. The short distances to the sights, train station, restaurants and shopping facilities made our vacation unforgettable. We would book this hotel again at any time.

The hotel is in a top location in Emden. Everything is within walking distance.What struck me particularly positively was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff during breakfast; almost family-like.The room was completely sufficient for a short stay of three nights.Only the cleanliness in the hallways could have been better. However, this is probably due to the fact that cleaning staff do not have enough time to clean thoroughly.However, there is nothing wrong with the cleanliness of the rooms.

Not geared for breakfast for many people. You wait in line for 30-40 minutes until you get there. Something is always missing, either there are no rolls, or cutlery, or cups... Sausage, cheese, coffee machine needs to be refilled, it's done, but it just takes time. The rooms are very small and don't even have a small closet or anything..

The hotel is centrally located and offers practical accommodation.The breakfast is very good and includes everything you like, from rolls and bread to oatmeal, muesli, fruit salad, boiled eggs, cold cuts and coffee and tea.I find the regulation with a 6-digit PIN a bit annoying - as I tend to make mistakes. But otherwise it worked without any problems.Very loud from the street when the windows are open.

It doesn't look so clean, spiders and webs in the hall and in the room. Plus, to have water you have to go to the 4th floor instead of having it in the room the first day.Communications in the hall, regarding parking, are only in German
