$225 for two nights. What we got:There is unwound toilet paper in the house and one that is reeled back in, two rolls out of two. How could you do this in a rented house? There are not even hand towels and trash cans in the kitchen and bathroom; they brought them to us upon request, before claiming that they were there.For the first time in our vast experience, we were faced with the lack of a standard blanket with duvet cover. They did not bring it to us upon request. We slept under a blanket, it was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel clean.There is mold on the curtains; they haven't been washed in a long time. The sink is not looked after at all, everything is in terrible shape, just like the plants in the house. There is a huge layer of dust on the shelves. When the cleaning staff brought towels, she asked to remove someone else’s dirty, used toilet paper roll. She took it and simply placed it in the center of the sink and left. In arbnb this is a new home. Now it’s clear why: they removed the old ad due to bad reviews.There is construction on all sides right under the windows, they start hammering at 8 am, it’s terrible. All two days we had problems with travel. Builders are blocking the path with their cars. Our taxi couldn't travel more than 20 minutes today.Disgusting price-quality level, the house is not worth the money, although it has visual potential. I think this is a very negligent attitude of the owners towards the housing from which they earn money. After the first night, the cleaning lady brought new toilet paper and asked if cleaning was needed. The house needs general cleaning and proper care, and such express cleaning will not solve anything at all.If you lived in good housing, value comfort, cleanliness and price-quality, normal communication, then I do not recommend you book this housing (unless the owners’ approach to it changes)
