In March we booked a 3-bed room. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the entire hotel would be going on vacation and our booking would therefore be cancelled. So we were left with our bikes in front of the locked door. Conclusion: unreliable

The bed was a bit small and not built for taller people. Everything else was well arranged 🤘. The hotel is located on the edge of the center in Fallersleben.

It's a shame to call this a hotel!Positive: It was cleaned dailyPositive: There was something like breakfastNegative- run down room- 280,- the night!!!! No breakfast due to mass- Shower with shower curtain- Mattress is a better sleeping pad- Laminate has large gaps throughout- Windows don't close properly or the rubber hangs down- Staff is trying hard (ironic)Fallersleben is actually quite nice with lots of half-timbered buildings but the hotel is a disaster

Much, much, much too expensive.180€ for:-No breakfast, even though it was stated in the booking.-No reserved parking space, although it was stated in booking.-No hairdryer-No heating-No shower curtain-No way to darken the windows.-The bed literally fell apart, the headboard was only ajar.-It's hard to see from the outside where the entrance is supposed to be. When I asked about it over the phone, they tried to explain it to me in an extremely unfriendly manner, but in the end it was a milky glass door from the stairwell, with no name, etc. Conclusion: If possible, never again!

Well, we've already experienced a lot, but this "hotel" took the cake. Our arrival time had been communicated to the hotel, but we stood in the rain for almost 30 minutes because everything was closed. There was a young man sitting in front of the hotel who told us that everything was closed. After asking several times, he then remembered that he was an employee? Cousin? or something else from the operator and then called them. The boss then said to me that the employee? Would give us the room. So up to the room and here the misery takes its final course. In the anteroom there was a small kitchen that had probably been used shortly before. The smell of food was in the air and the dishes were in the sink. There was a dining table in the anteroom and underwear was hung up to dry on the wall above the heater. Next to the actual room were the operator's private rooms and a dog started yapping there and a woman frantically calmed it down - well at least she tried. We were then able to take a quick look into the room and it didn't get any better, old and ratty. The whole thing is absolutely underground. We then canceled the “hotel” immediately and informed Booking that we wouldn’t pay a cent. Booking probably spoke to the operator on the phone and confirmed the cancellation.

I can only confirm Mr. Lustig’s experience. I was there for 3 days. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. No contact person in the hotel. Never again! One star is already too many!

I paid 70 euros for a single room and everything I needed was there. The reception was friendly and the rooms are clean. One star deducted because there was no information that the kitchen was being remodeled and I didn't get dinner or breakfast.

Worst hotel ever. We were there for three days. My room for 80 euros a night was about, I would say 3 square meters. A prison cell is definitely bigger. The door was broken and couldn't be closed properly. You could only open the door by force and that sometimes took 10 minutes. When I told reception they just said "yes, that's not that bad, you have to go upstairs." and shake down". Although there is a small TV in the room, there is no socket. You have to get the electricity yourself from the other side of the room with an extension cable. There is no real reception and the good woman prefers to make loud calls on Skype all day rather than take care of the guests Anyway, you don't know who works there or not. No breakfast, no service. Rooms old and way too expensive. A guest wanted to check out, but since there was no one at the reception at 8:30 in the morning, he simply left the key behind. I was there on business and if I had had to pay for the room myself, I would have left immediately the same day. Really a shame and I think this "establishment" won't be open for a long time. Sorry... but unfortunately there's nothing there. ..but there's really nothing positive to say. A sleeping bag in the car would have been a better choice. Breakfast is offered and when you get there they say you can buy something in the supermarket and then eat here. I'll make you a cappuccino .This is so strange that it's funny again. So people. If you're ever in Fallersleben, just go to another hotel.
