The only negative thing about this hotel is the terrible internet. I had to use mobile internet because it somehow worked. The rooms are clean, tidy, newly renovated and the hotel has a cozy atmosphere

Very nice welcome, good breakfast and good service

Booked a double room and a single room directly at the hotel three months before arrival, with the request that the rooms be next to each other because our grandson traveling with us is a minor. When we arrived there were two keys (adjoining rooms) in the key box. When we opened the double room we were surprised that the room had already been given to someone else. After contacting the hotel management via telephone, someone came and we were given a new key. The room was three flights of stairs away from our grandson's room and was really small for a double room (approx. 14m²). There was an apology. But the mineral water in the central refrigerator also cost €4.50. We like to use small hotels because we are happy that they exist in small towns. It would be nice if the monopoly position also had a positive impact on the service.

Overnight stop on our bike tour, uncomplicated with a key box. The interior was designed by someone with ideas, a beautiful courtyard with evening sun. Breakfast ok. The place is worth a tour.

A very cozy, modern hotel with very good service. Breakfast small and nice, very good value for money.

We felt so well looked after there. Very lovingly made, lovely breakfast, lovely staff, great rooms, beautiful bathroom with a brilliant shower. we'll be back - guaranteed. Then the children will be older and calmer - I promise ;-)

Unfortunately, I do not recommend staying in this hotel, which generally has great potential as a place, because it is very nice and well located, but the service and approach to customer complaints is at the level of 0/5...We booked accommodation for three people in three separate rooms via Booking. Due to the fact that the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, the keys were left in a safe deposit box - we were given rooms number 1, 5 and 7. Generally speaking, the rooms are freshly renovated and look good, but unfortunately we could not spend even a minute in room number 5 , because it smelt unbearable from the sewage in the toilet... of course, as I already wrote, there was no reception, so there was no chance to solve the problem on the spot and change to another room. Therefore, two people had to sleep in one room and room number 5 was unused. Of course, that same evening we tried to call the number left at the reception, but to no avail, so we described the problem to the staff at the booking portal...Maybe this whole situation wouldn't have been such a big disappointment if it weren't for the fact that in the morning, when we went down for breakfast, the staff did not react at all to our application, in fact, when we showed the ladies at the reception the application that we sent them in the evening, it was obvious that they were completely surprised and no one told them anything…What is personally the worst feature of this hotel in this situation is the fact that we did not hear the word SORRY from anyone from the staff and what is even worse is that none of the managers bothered to contact us to compensate us in any way. unsuccessful stay. We received an invoice by e-mail for the full amount and for the stay of three people in three separate rooms - there is nothing like CUSTOMER SERVICE at a world-class level...Therefore, I advise against anyone staying in this hotel.
