The restaurant in Mariensee, which initially appears inconspicuous on the outside, hides an unexpected flair inside. The rooms are very attractive and lovingly furnished. Large-scale family celebrations are possible here, but a nice evening with dinner with delicious drinks outside is also quite possible.The house has various rooms, which are also very comfortably furnished.Furthermore, you will receive excellent care here from very competent and friendly staff, which of course also applies to the innkeepers.Definitely worth a visit.Thanks for the nice stay

We stayed in this very stylish and very hospitable hotel from September 7th to 8th! The service, the upscale ambience, the incredibly tasty food convinced us and we will be happy to come back soon! An excellent location, run in a very well-kept and high-quality atmosphere by a friendly family and a well-coordinated team, whose decades of experience in the top ranks of the catering industry are evident.We celebrated our dream wedding here, which couldn't have been more perfect. Just the possibility of having the wedding indoors in the beautiful garden hall or outside on the terrace excited us from the start. We only had to decide where the chairs should be set up 24 hours before the wedding. The quiet location makes it possible to hold a trouble-free wedding ceremony in the garden - perfect. A big compliment also goes to the decoration and organization queen Agnes, who skilfully staged the decoration we brought with us and the decoration of the location. We received a lot of praise for the loving design. A huge thank you also to the head waitress Cecilia, who took excellent care of us, the bride and groom, and read the guests' wishes from their lips.Many of our guests have stayed at the Schulz and were thrilled with the rooms and the service.We are completely satisfied and would get married there again and again. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

We celebrated our absolute dream wedding in the boutique Hotel Schulz Classic a little over two months ago on June 21st, 2024.We decided on the Schulz Classic as our wedding location over a year before our wedding date. In an initial telephone conversation, Mr. Thielking suggested that we combine the viewing appointment with a 4-course dinner and an overnight stay on site. Looking back, this and booking the location were really the best decisions we could have made.Not only were we thrilled by the excellent, high-quality food, which gave us a foretaste of a possible wedding menu, but we were also able to spend a night in the hotel's lovingly and individually furnished rooms. Mr. Thielking took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and show us the breathtaking location.Although our home and the Schulz Classic are about 140 km apart, there was no other option for us after the viewing appointment. With this location we found exactly what we were looking for - a location that looks like something out of a fairy tale come true, with several rooms (back garden, winter garden, hall) under one roof, excellent food that is freshly prepared on site, a " “everything is included in one price” concept (even a large selection of drinks 😉) and a few extras due to our wedding on a Friday. In the end, we were also able to accommodate some of our overnight guests without any problems in the Schulz Classic and in nearby holiday apartments/hotels.During our wedding planning phase, Mr. and Mrs. Thielking were always available to answer our questions and provide additional tips. It was also noticeable that the staff was a well-coordinated team - a spontaneous, unplanned dinner with around 15 people the day before our wedding was even made possible. The only drawback we mentioned after our celebration was that providing the guests with drinks immediately after the wedding ceremony didn't go 100% smoothly. Mr. and Ms. Thielking readily accepted this criticism and wanted to discuss it directly with their team.All in all, we really had a harmonious, beautiful and, for us, perfect wedding celebration that we were able to enjoy without any unnecessary stress.Many thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Thielking for the unproblematic communication and support in planning the exact details.Also, many thanks to the entire Schulz Classic team and especially to Cecilia, the head waitress, for the excellent implementation of our celebration.Last but not least, we would like to share what was probably the most apt comment from one of our guests after our wedding: “At first we wondered why we had to travel such a long distance to get to a wedding location that looked so inconspicuous from the outside, but then we got the inside Saw the Schulz Classic and immediately knew why you chose this location.”

On July 6th, 2024 we were able to celebrate our wedding at the Boutique Hotel Schulz Classic. The owner had already convinced us a lot about this location a year before, because he took a whole two hours to show us everything that the location and his team had to offer at a wedding😱 In addition, this location not only... looks fantastic (the ceiling in the hall, the winter garden,...), but is also ready for Polish weddings (there were, among other things, Polish dishes to choose from for the wedding menu), so the choice wasn't difficult for us. Since it is in Mariensee, the location offers a shuttle service at night so that guests can get a ride home. It only takes about 30 minutes to get there from Hanover, which was a good opportunity for us to take a breather in the car after church. Mr. Thielking gave us recommendations for guests who came from far away. Unfortunately, on Sunday night a room that we had booked for our guests was not available because it had been destroyed by previous guests? For this reason, our guests were given a room that was close, but did not meet the standard of the room we ultimately paid for. I also have to deduct half a star from the service because some things didn't work during the wedding because they were forgotten. But despite all the hectic pace, I'm glad that I was largely able to sit back and let it take its course. I really liked that, as a bride, the head waitress opened the main course to me at the buffet. And the bridal suite is just a dream (unfortunately you don't spend enough time there on your big day...)!😔 Our guests and we really enjoyed the food (the tender meat was amazing!). And the idea of not leaving guests hungry for long with finger food and a grill buffet was very well received. By the way, there are many beautiful photo spots around the corner for the bridal couple shoot🤩I would love to celebrate my wedding there again!To this day, I still look with great respect at the team that works so well together and does big weddings in this beautiful location! The owners are both very kind and warm and we will definitely come back to eat in the restaurant soon. Sometimes you can find great course menus at Schulz Classic 😉

Very friendly owners. Nicely renovated. Rooms are big enough, very clean and modernly furnished. Since Monday was a day off, I couldn't enjoy dinner. Breakfast with a large selection. Self-service coffee from the machine isn't nice, but it was delicious. Now fresh rolls from the bakery and everything is over.

I can't comment on the room as we were there for brunch. For the price you can't say this quality. It was clean, tasty and the service was very friendly and attentive. Everything was beautifully prepared and the buffet was very rich. Highly recommended!!
