The location is okay, quiet on a side street. The few parking spaces directly at the house were of course completely full around 8 p.m., but there are plenty of free parking spaces on the street in front, a 1-2 minute walk away. Otherwise, the room itself was clean, but there were some signs of wear and tear and damage. The bed was a disaster (mattress extremely soft), no air conditioning in the attic, a lot of noise from other rooms and you were happy when the night was over. Conclusion: for the price and one night it's okay, you expected more based on the pictures etc.

At first glance it looks modern and good - as described. However, most of it is based on illusions. Neither the air conditioning that was specified nor the washing machines work. You can do that, but don't be surprised if you often end up being annoyed.

Very good room, give some space, the kitchen has all the tools, there is a hair dryer, it will be good on a hot day

Unfortunately a bit disappointing. The house is modernly decorated but there are some problems. Approximately 12 parking spaces for over 30 apartments are simply not enough. Despite registering as a couple with a 2-year-old toddler, we were given apartment number 34 in the attic. The elevator only goes up to floor 2, after which you have to take the stairwell: not suitable for strollers. When we got to the top, the first thing we did was open the door using my cell phone (and then several times). The apartment itself is, apart from the sloping ceilings, relatively large and modernly furnished. But we didn't have a balcony compared to the others, and the heat was hardly better at 30 degrees outside under the roof (no air conditioning!). Small children were not thought of in the room either: there was no protection in the sockets anywhere. In older reviews you can read about tablets in the room: we only had one holder. The bed is also worth mentioning. There was no cot to order and the existing double bed brought little sleep, but back pain. Far too soft, the topper is also worn and dingy.By the way, there is also a fitness room in the basement. Once you open the door, you'll find some pretty cool equipment waiting for you. There was probably no waiting for a while. In short: OK for 1-2 nights or as a mechanic's room, but not for families with small children.

We got room 32, it was incredibly hot, because The curtains are broken and the sun shines in all day. It was so hot inside and couldn't sleep at all.By the way, the trash has not emptied and fans are full of dust, and water is difficult to go down while showering.

Very nice in itself, but...Is the parking lot a disaster...The entrance doors are open 24/7...Are there various animals (cats/dogs) in the building and in the rooms....Despite various security cameras, we always had a feeling of insecurity

There is no mobile phone coverage in the basement apartments and it is difficult to open the door via web. If you are traveling alone, it can be very difficult to enter.Very poor and poor telephone service.

Visually the apartment corresponds to the pictures on the internet. Everything was there too. Unfortunately, that’s it for the positive. The online check-in works, but it is annoying to have to do everything later on your cell phone. I would prefer a key. The iPad in the room had extreme display damage.Unfortunately the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly either. The corners were not cleaned. Hair and dust collected. My white socks were dark after a short time. The air conditioning was there and worked too. However, a model was installed everywhere in which the capacitor is inside. Ie it is extremely loud. If you come in hot weather, you should bring earplugs.Unfortunately it was also very noisy. Our neighbors (several young people) celebrated until around 1 a.m.From 7 a.m. onwards, the screaming children of the other neighbors were running around the area. You could hear every word.About the location: upon arrival we were greeted by homeless people on the street. The entire area around the hotel is full of kiosks, kebab stands and betting centers that accommodate alcohol-loving customers. I don't know much about Nuremberg and assumed it was centrally located. Yes, the train station is right nearby. However, the situation is otherwise rather unpleasant. I wouldn't walk around there alone in the evening. Especially not children.Maybe it depends on why you are visiting Nuremberg and who else is the right place to stay. Unfortunately it wasn't a nice stay for us.

I always come to Eco Smart Apartments, including here in Nuremberg Eibach, I am always satisfied and think the concept is perfect. Everything works without any problems with a smart phone, I think without it it's a bit more complicated. But I have always checked in via cell phone. Large apartments with small kitchens
