I wanted to book a room for one night in the hotel in question today.The woman was very unfriendly on the phone when she heard my husband's language and that he wasn't German.I was told we don't need something like that and it was immediately put on me. What a racist hotel this is. But it's good that there are several hotels to book in Straubing.

The most miserable personal hotel, very racist, the rooms with the bedrooms look like something out of horror movies, it's full of bedbugs and cockroaches, the whole house smells dead, the staff doesn't allow you to leave the hotel in the evening and if you do, you stay outside, not to mention that the heating doesn't work, it's terribly cold, the communal toilets and bathrooms are very miserable and you're not allowed to shower after 9 p.m. On the grounds that you're using up electricity and water, the doors are broken and if you want to talk to the staff they argue that this is the house of horrors

I don't think I've ever seen such a dilapidated room in a hotel. I think it's really cheeky to charge €55 for that! And the receipt that you paid for everything doesn't exist.NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Attention THIEVES! The guesthouse service steals valuable items from the room. On July 24, 2023, a valuable item was stolen from me by the hotel staff during my stay in the guest house and the police were called. The room was locked while I was away and the door was locked when I returned. Only me and the staff had the keys to the room. Statements were made to the police and a report was filed. Service indifferent, laughed about the whole thing. Rooms dirty, things falling apart, very poor quality. A guesthouse in a depressed climate is the worst guesthouse I've ever been to. I advise against buying a room due to theft.
