Really wonderful accommodation that unfortunately turned into a big disappointment. I forgot my AirPods at the villa when I checked out. Unfortunately, it was 100% my fault. A few hours after check-out I contacted the manager about this fact. I explained to him what happened and also told him the exact place where I left them. I knew that exactly. Unfortunately, I was constantly told that there are simply no headphones in the villa. When I started to question his credibility, or the credibility of his team, I was told that it was a "solid team" and 1000% nothing like that could happen. And that he also participated in the cleaning and did not see the headphones. After the flight, as soon as the headphones were charged and therefore I could look at their location, I of course saw that they were already about 20 kilometers from the villa and someone had taken a new gift. I sent the location and all the information to the manager with great disappointment who only apologized and said "next time everything will be fine". It's not exactly the cheapest accommodation, so I wouldn't really expect anything like that. Be careful with your personal belongings.

Unfortunately, for a villa like this and ratings as good, you'd expect the least minimum which is cleanliness!! Our bed had blood stains on the protection sheet and some other stains on the bed sheets! Same on the towels! You'd expect the bare minimum of replacing these products or maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.We literally left a 5 star hotel in Canggu to live the stunning villa experience, for our wedding anniversary, but sadly, we got disgusted and decided to leave!I personally don't recommend this place to anyone planning to book in the near future!

What an amazing little gem in the heart of Canggu. Excellent location, walking distance to beach, shops and bars. The room was exactly as pictured with incredible quality bedding. Ice in the freezer and drinks/bar snacks/grocery bag are added perks. Room serviced daily. Our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle of busy Canggu. Some construction going on near by but nothing that would make us regret our stay there. Host assisted with airport pick up and day tours too! Easy to communicate with through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend and would stay again when back in Canggu.

What to say about this place other than incredible. We only stayed for one night but it felt like so much more. The pool was just perfect and the bed, was the best we ever experienced in our stay in Bali. The pillows were incredible and yes, it is a big thing. Especially when you hike, walk and drive around exploring, this place is the perfect escape for all your chilled out needs!

My partner and I had the best stay at Canggutopia! The villa is exactly what you see in the pictures. Great space to spend relaxing by the pool and soaking up the Bali sun. Location is prime! Pak Rai was super helpful and responsive and sorted us out with a good, safe scooter and offered transportation.
