After a year, I visited this restaurant again and was again pleasantly surprised. For me, very good food, pleasant service. I can recommend Borscht soup, it is really good and honest here, the same Kulajda, Blueberry dumpling with yogurt and cottage cheese or baked knee. Thank you very much, I look forward to visiting this restaurant again next year.

I'd rather not come here anymore...The windows in the room were difficult to close, the door to the closet in which there was a safe for valuables that could not be locked was very difficult to open, so it was actually a semi-safe.Two holes the size of ten crowns in the sheet.In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with a shower, but there is no screen, so water everywhere even when showering with caution.When the window and door remained closed there was an unpleasant smell.And finally the food...The restaurant is quite nice, the food is not very tasty, but mainly almost cold, heated to the maximum in the microwave because I broke the dumplings in the goulash, they could not be cut, they rang after tapping.What was somehow acceptable were the breakfasts.

The experience with this hotel was absolutely appalling. Room not cleaned, stains on bedding. Unpleasant staff who do not speak Czech. Non-functioning ventilation in the room, the meal after which my girlfriend and I felt sick. Mold in the bathroom and cobwebs in the room. Nevermore.

Yesterday (Thursday) closed - yes, you can expect it when it's a weekday (even though it was a holiday at 100 and a lot of children had time off and so a lot of families went out into nature) So we looked on google and today we went to be sure - it should have been open , after a 19 km tour, we were really looking forward to a good meal - unfortunately it was closed again, everywhere was empty, only motorbikes with their own bottles in the garden. That really pissed us off!!!! We ended up in the station restaurant, which is by far the only open restaurant.Answer for the owner (because I can't answer otherwise). It was on a Friday between 15:00 and 16:00. There was information on Google that it was open.

The hotel is beneath the ski lift or bike park and so the place to be.The rooms are (mostly) clean, not high end but comfortable and mostly you're not in your room.There is no room service but for two nights not necessary. The service in the restaurant is polite and really nice.We're guests there since 11 years always with a big group of families and we're coming back every year.

I was not accommodated, I am evaluating the restaurant.So I was looking forward to this place as a small child, as soon as we decided to go on a skiing trip to Špičák with my family. A pleasant discovery from the winter of 22/23, when a person disgusted by the quality and price of gastro on the Czech slopes (apparently the pinnacle of Czech hospitality is a semi-finished product from Makro immersed in a deep fryer), comes across suoer food at an adequate price. I had to confirm if I had not only idealized the place a year ago. And the result?I was excited... on Saturday, kulajda, gnocchi, and a 10.7 from Unétika... I give it 5/5. On Sunday, the coolness ran out, so I went to spinach cream, duck and washed it down again with unetic 10.7. Although it blew me away for the next two hours, I still took my family to the mountains just for the food. Again I give 5/5. 😁Even over the weekend, there was always a place to sit at lunch time, everywhere was clean and since you pack it on a tray, it also spills over. For me, full satisfaction and it is one of the important points why I will continue to climb Špičák for 2.5 hours next time! And there are clean toilets…which a guy with three women will appreciate while he chugs his second beer.I will be happy to get back to you, so please keep min. this quality as this year.And just a recommendation for the staff at the cash register... Únětická 10.7 is really not "eleven" (it is not rounded) and Prazdroj really is not "twelve"....it is better 11 😉 of course this does not affect the rating.Many thanks once again.

The hotel is wonderful: a convenient location, clean and cosy rooms, fresh towels and an excellent cuisine. The cuisine was really amazing.And of course affordable price.Thank you for the good service and Christmas cheer!

I do not recommend. Fortunately, I only had a mojito, which was without ice and prepared from one slice of lime cut in half, for the price, but the price corresponded to a well-prepared cocktail, I won't go there again.

We stayed in a standard room, which was small, a bit retro, but served its purpose. But what I would point out are the thin walls. You can hear everything from the corridor. Otherwise, I would like to pick up the restaurant and the service. Restaurant in a modern style, excellent cuisine and great service.

I only had Coke, it was pleasantly cold on tap from the machine. 0.5L for 50 CZK in total OK price compared to the stand under the observation tower. Good location right under the cable car.
