Parking lot for the large hotel is far too small, chaotic conditions, if you arrive too late, you won't find a parking space anywhere, there is no parking on the streetThe elevator urgently needs to be serviced and replaced, the door opens several times before it finally starts. You don't feel safe in it.The carpets in the house urgently need to be replaced.Steam sauna only worked for 1 day, there is no hose to hose down the seat. This is very unhygienic. The fact that sauna towels are only available at reception for a fee should be stated on the homepage or something similar, so that you are informed before you arrive and can bring your own if necessary.Room was clean and already renovated. But I would never take the attic again, you can only approach the second bed by bending over. The location of the hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is okay. Nice big foyerWe found the evening buffet as an extra for €30 too expensive, eating a la carte not possible, 2 fixed times. We only used this in one day.

Alkaline fasting is not recommended. The chef should still be trained here. Wasn't varied and didn't have a base base.Avoidances are great.Only the premises should be renovated.

All the staff are very friendly, the food is good and plentiful with a lot to choose from. The service employees are very nice and accommodating. The room was very dark, the corner with the table and chairs had no table lamp or anything similar, so it was impossible to read, play or do any other activities there in the evening. In the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling and on the shower cubicle. What was particularly annoying was that on the first day after my arrival, a wallet with around 10 euros and 3 small important keys that was lying on the table was stolen.

Only at dinner, the main course, was simply too expensive for the quality and quantity. Cocktails at the bar are delicious. I would recommend just having breakfast and then going to the next village for dinner! There are still small repairs that need to be made here and there, such as broken tiles in the swimming pool area. But the cleanliness of the rooms was really TOP!!

I slept for a reasonable price in the Riesbergerhof, which is part of the Ahornhof. The room was okay and clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant and pool are in the Ahornhof. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and tasty. At the evening buffet there was antipasti, soup, three main courses and three desserts. The pool area was nice and the temperature was pleasant. The staff at reception (Ms. Tereza) and in the restaurant were very friendly.

Hotel is a bit old, but very clean. However, my room had carpeted floors, which I personally don't like. Maybe there are other rooms without carpet? Despite the stress, the staff was super friendly, helpful, considerate and very quick. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The location of the hotel is great: very quiet and you can start hiking right on your doorstep.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and I can't understand these bad reviews. The hotel has its charm, the whole staff is super friendly and the food, whether breakfast or dinner, is great, everything is fresh and they constantly make sure everything is refilled. The rooms are beautifully bright and modernly furnished, everything you need when in the bathroom there is shampoo, shower gel and body lotion and a hairdryer. The outdoor area is completely ok.We would love to come back :-)

The pool area was very dirty, floating indefinable things in the pool. The evening buffet was completely overpriced for the selection and quality of the food.Far too few parking spaces.Unfortunately not recommended in general.
