I cant guive negative classification on this hotel because it doesn't allows me. Rooms stink like they never had been cleaned,and it might be right because they are filthy. The sheets are screaming to be correctly washed. People talking loud and screaming from the windows . The toilet seat is broken, there was a very strange ambience of people in the hall. The information i collected outside from the people who live here is that this is a very strange Hotel full of strange people.

A place worth to stay…. Away from.We booked the hotel for 4 nights for the Oktoberfest. We arrived on Friday morning and my wife had to work, so we planned to work at the hotel room. Once we entered the room was incredibly dirty at first sight. There were food leftovers, stains in the bathroom and the walls. I was brave enough to try to “clean” the toilet with the brush and it started removing the dirtiness which means it was not cleaned at all.We went out for lunch and after coming back we complained and agreed on staying only one night and the gave us back the money. However an hour later they were at the room door knocking hard, I opened the door and the guy from the front desk was asking me to go downstairs at that second, while I was asking him to speak softly as my wife was in a virtual meeting, but the guy continued increasing his voice and became rude until I had no more option to go an pay for the night.At the end the level of frustration and I would say disgust made us leave after 2 hours.Worst hotel experience in my life.

One word: AWFUL!!A crappy dorm.No welcome at reception, it smells and no cleaning of the rooms.Elevator dented and with broken button panel.At 7 in the morning beers thrown at the entrance to the facility and in the evening the noise of drunken people in the room in front of the reception...Absolutely avoid!

In my life I have slept in the most disparate places, including in a bathtub. The only difference between sleeping in this hotel and sleeping in a bathtub is that in the latter there is water. Recommended if you want to lose a few years of life just by breathing. I imagine that whoever runs this place is very keen on keeping prices low, but honestly I can't think of a single reason other than the price to choose a place like this. Receptionist absent most of the time, annoying and incompetent people wandering around the hotel day and night, listless, rude and incapable of speaking English staff, terrible stench in the corridors but especially in the room, repugnant food (and breakfast is paid at €11), no water in the machines at night and the bar is clearly closed. The worst place I have ever been in my entire life. If you bring girls or children there you are monsters

We stayed one night and it will be the last!When we arrived, there were a lot of people and no one at the reception (even though it was 24 hours a day), no one who could help us and no one to monitor so practically anyone could have entered this facility without anyone saying or seeing anything.Dirty environment, not at all cared for and dangerous if you are a woman alone or with friends, because at night there are many drunk men running around the hotel drinking alcohol, smoking and playing slot machines at the hotel entrance, without problems to set their eyes on you.Terrible place and not recommended at all, no customer protection!!

Actually doesn't deserve a star at all.We wanted to stay for one night but nothing came of it.There was still shower gel in the bathroom from the previous one. I can't say anything about the beds since we were only in the room for a few minutes. We then went to Oktoberfest. When we were tired and wanted to go into the room at 1 a.m. we couldn't get into the room. The map to the room didn't work. There was no one at the reception...At some point we found a number where we called and were initially told that we were standing in front of the wrong room. An employee was then sent where the door was opened mechanically for us.....The problem was that the door handle was so damaged that the door could no longer be closed. We just grabbed our things and then checked out. We no longer felt safe and uncomfortable (anyone could have come in)... that we decided to go home at half past three in the morning. Avoid this hotel

Terrible, only to be used if you are desperate, did not seem to be clean for a long time, we found hair and hair not ours upon arrival, furniture was in very bad condition if not really destroyed, blood machine on the curtains, and to top it off cockroaches (I found a cockroach in my bed while sleeping).

Were here with our group of friends for Oktoberfest 2024... When we arrived there was chewing gum on the floor, the showers were dirty and a moldy spoon was in a used glass in the cupboard. However, it must also be said that someone quickly came to clean it when we complained about everything at reception. The staff was nice, but the location and rooms were really poor. I wouldn't book again

My room was very dirty, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly, the bathroom was a disaster. I wanted to stay for two nights, but fled to another accommodation after the first night. Personally, I advise against this “accommodation”. My opinion is that you can book there if you want to test the limits of your own ability to suffer.

Unfortunately, the rooms were completely dirty and some of them smelled of cigarette smoke. Hair on the beds. Bathrooms not cleaned. At least after a long back and forth with the hotel and Check24/Booking.com we got the full price back and we were able to check out again after 2 hours.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. It's one big den with drunk people from all over the world. Screaming at night, swinging doors slamming every now and then in the corridor, screaming outside the window all night long. Nobody does anything about it. I didn't sleep well here even one of the four nights. Dirt in the rooms - one towel and 1/3 roll of toilet paper, toilet black with stones inside, no hair dryer in the rooms. The surrounding area is a nightmare. Bushes, cars on tow trucks abandoned on the side of the road and the queue is about 2 km away because the crossing opposite is blocked. Only a taxi in the evening because I'm afraid... Never again!!!!j. It was a nightmare. I have no idea how such a bar operates in a civilized city!

Although cheap, but also very dingy, noisy and dirty accommodation at night (in and around the house) with strange drunk characters (it looked like a residential/asylum home for craftsmen from the Eastern Bloc). Elevator half broken (dangerous open electronics). Very dirty room. Towels, hairdryer, soap and toilet paper were missing. We didn't take off the slippers in the shower either. Dubious stains everywhere. Disgusting. No accommodation for women - we felt very uncomfortable!2 points only for great and very friendly reception staff, early check-in and inviting breakfast selection. It's a shame, it was very inviting online - we won't be back. 🙁

Since it overlapped with the Oktoberfest season, I booked an accommodation that I thought was reasonably priced (?), but it seems to be one of the worst accommodations, perhaps because it's really cheap.Aside from the unfriendliness of the reception staff, they were accepting guests during the festival season, but they gave out room keys to rooms that had been empty for a long time without any maintenance. The refrigerator door was broken, a huge amount of dust was coming out of the bedding, and gray dust was piled up on the bathroom radiator.In addition, there was no closet in the room, only dusty and scratched drawers piled up in a pile, and there were almost no utensils such as plates and pots in the photo on the introduction page, and even those that were there were stained with all kinds of food stains and grease.I raised the issue with the reception staff, but they were quite uncooperative and did not speak English very well, so I managed to resolve the issue by speaking a mixture of English and a little German, but the housekeeper who later came to solve the problem (in fact, I think they are worse than street cleaners) They were immigrants from Romania and could not understand both German and English, so communication to solve the problem was impossible without a translator.The rooms are really on a level worse than those of motels in Korea, and they are in a shockingly different state from when I came here for a backpacking trip about 5 years ago, so I don't think I'll want to come here again.

I wish I could give zero stars!This hotel is a absolute joke.We booked for two nights while being in Munich for some event. We booked over booking and tried to change our check in time either to the morning or to the late evening four days before our stay. Haven’t ever got any response to that. So while being on our way to Munich we decided to call the reception because the internet said it’s 24/7 available. It was about 6:30 in the morning because we were arriving in Munich around 7 and wanted to politely ask if they have a room for us already and if we could come by to store our things. A very impolite men answered the phone, asked why the hell we would call at this time and said that we could come by, we just have to call again then. After driving through whole Munich we arrived at the place and nobody was there. We entered a very dirty place with (broken) beer bottles everywhere. We tried to call the guy again but he didn’t answer or rejected the call. We waited for about an hour before we got him on the phone again and he just said it’s not possible right now, he will be there later. At this point we were walking around looking for a toilet and found more dirt and bottles everywhere. Literally every place in and around the building was not cleaned, the toilets were so dirty as well. After loosing a lot of time we would’ve needed to get to the event, we decided to leave. After some hours, still no response to our late check in request, we’ve decided to call booking. The woman was very understanding and tried to call the men as well to figure it out for us but as expected, she didn’t reach anyone. Long story short, they’ve canceled the hotel for us and we’re very happy that we never have to put a foot inside there again!

Really disappointed, no hygiene, the photos are misleading. There is no equipped kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper otherwise you have to ask at reception or buy it. The legs of the dining table were broken, things were spilled on the floors with a lot of dirt, the gas stove was not cleaned. It doesn't even have a trash can in the kitchen but a skip. The pillows are stained and smell bad, as well as a very unpleasant sewer coming up from a certain time in the apartment. (Proof that cleaning was not done, earplugs were in the shower when we arrived). In addition, the curtain was broken. I strongly advise against it. Unfortunately I have to give one star to publish my review, but it's not even worth one.
