We were here for the third time and are still thrilled, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied, dinner as part of the half board package was highly recommended. In addition to the salad buffet and always 2 soups to choose from, 2 different starters and the main course meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. Absolutely excellent, as was the service, always friendly and helpful. The only small negative point was the completely inadequate WiFi.

Perfect golf holidays at the Parkhotel Hartls in Bad Griesbach – simply fantastic!We had the pleasure of spending a week at the Parkhotel Hartls in Bad Griesbach in September 2024 with a golf group from Switzerland and it was simply a perfect break. We would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service and friendliness of the entire team. The employees were always in a good mood, extremely accommodating and took care of every request - no request was left unanswered!We were also spoiled with culinary delights: the rich breakfast buffet offered a huge selection, so that every day began with a delicious start and a fresh juice. Dinner was equally excellent - regional specialties and fresh ingredients made every bite a delight.For golf lovers, but of course not only, this hotel is absolutely ideal. The golf courses are in prime locations, easy to access and perfectly maintained. Thanks to the good transport connections, we were able to explore the entire region without any problems. In addition, the entire processing of our booking was uncomplicated and smooth, which made the stay even more relaxing.The hotel's wellness area and thermal baths were a real highlight. After a round of golf, it was a wonderful place to switch off and relax. The daily relaxation program, including yoga and meditation, perfectly rounded off the wellness experience. There was also a current newsletter every morning with tips for the day - a great idea that always kept us well informed.The well-known and large Karpfham festival also took place at the same time, which gave the stay a special touch. The combination of a sporty golf holiday and a visit to this traditional festival was simply great. A variety of entertainment was also provided in the hotel itself.It was particularly difficult for us to say goodbye because we were not only able to take home many wonderful memories, but also a wonderful organic sourdough bread - a delicious reminder of a wonderful week.Conclusion: If you are looking for an all-round successful holiday with first-class service, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere, the Parkhotel Hartls in Bad Griesbach is the perfect place for you. We'll definitely be back!We would like to thank Ms Wagner and the whole team for the great and unforgettable time.

A very attractive hotel with nice rooms. The half board is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The thermal area is clean and comfortable. Water aerobics is always fun. We are completely satisfied.

We really loved the Parkhotel and spent a wonderful, relaxing honeymoon here after our wedding.The rooms are not the most modern but are very clean and well maintained. The service was consistently friendly, the food was delicious and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. The thermal spa in the hotel is great for daily relaxation and if you want to visit a larger thermal spa, there are many to choose from in the area. There was always a parking space and all in all we can only say we would like to come back again.Due to the health resort and thermal spa area, the target group is a bit older, which is why we wouldn't necessarily visit the hotel with children. A hotel near a water park or something similar would certainly be better here.But it was really perfect for relaxing and unwinding.Thank you for the great honeymoon, dear Parkhotel team.

As a couple we had a short vacation with HB and SPA. Part of the hotel has been renovated and is very inviting. We had an "old" room, which got very warm on the upper floor in the summer without air conditioning. Personally, I'm not a fan of carpeting because I find it unhygienic and it also smells very unpleasant after a while. The SPA could be reached via a very long, winding path, which was due to the additions and renovations over the decades. Otherwise there is nothing to criticize or do better. The service is at a high level, the food is excellent and, above all, the breakfast is so extensive that nothing is left to be desired. In the evening there is occasionally a music program, which is not only intended for hotel guests; the lobby and bar invite you to a cozy evening where you can forget about time. The SPA area is large and yet clear, we were there every day and were always very satisfied. The outdoor area is green, there are sun and shade areas, a bistro and a sufficient outdoor pool. We would definitely book it again if the opportunity arose, but then with a renovated room.

5+ stars!:)We spent 7 nights at the Hartls Parkhotel in Bad Griesbach and were completely satisfied.The room was clean and tidy and had a large balcony.The service was top notch, very accommodating and friendly.The breakfast was imperial 1+++The dinner was very tasty.Parking in the underground car park is very reasonably priced.Bad Griesbach is a beautiful city, great park at the hotel.We can recommend :)

Title: Shabby and DirtyIt is important to us to give a sober, fact-based impression so that the marketing and reviews can be corrected somewhat.First impression of the lobby was great, modern, new, friendly staff, nice design.Buttons in the elevator already worn out and not clean. The hallway was old, musty (there were air fresheners downstairs) and some of the ceilings were open with hanging cables and open pipes.I will describe the room in more detail, but in short it is shabby and not clean.We booked as “hotel testers” and were recruited by the hotel. That's why we also rate here (and in the hotel).However, we assumed that the hotel wanted to go to the next level and was therefore seeking opinions. You probably know that the rooms etc are old even without us. Therefore we only see this as a lure offer.We canceled our trip after one night. When we checked out we weren't even asked why. After our explanation the only answer was "You could have booked a higher category. That was just the standard room"....um...no...

It's a shame that we have to give at least one star.We had booked through SecretEscape and wanted to rebook due to an acute corona infection. This request for a rebooking - and of course we would have cost ourselves something - was denied to us by Mrs. K. from the reservations department, who pointed out that the hotel could not carry out the rebooking, SecretE had to do it. make. After inquiries at the referenced location, SecretE explained itself. agreed to the rebooking, but the hotel did not allow the requested rebooking.This leaves only the understanding that they were deliberately lied to. We absolutely do not expect such business practices from a 4*Superior hotel.

We had booked a week from Sunday to Sunday. Upon arrival we were allocated a room in the basement (ground floor). When we asked that we would like to look at the room in advance, the lady didn't react in a particularly friendly way. The welcome champagne promised in the booking was then canceled. It is the room that we booked in the category from the provider (not directly in the hotel). The provider did not offer any options to book different rooms. She then admitted that it makes a difference whether it was booked directly or not. The room offered was musty, dark and old. Only for an extra charge did we get a different room, which was at least on the 4th floor. However, it was just as old and carpeted. Carpet in a 4-star hotel is a no-go. The bathroom with the entrance to the shower is only possible with a sports badge. All we can say about the cuisine is that the roast beef, beef cheeks and beef goulash, all made from the same piece of meat, were not edible, tough and full of tendons and fibers. The food service was very good (luckily we had a nice waiter). Finally, our vacation was abruptly cut short because we both became extremely ill (stomach flu with fever and everything that goes with it.) We also found out from others that they had health problems. When I see an old couple noodle in the indoor pool for over an hour, I can't imagine them making it to the toilet in time.Unfortunately they weren't very accommodating there either, we had to pay in full for the remaining 3 days...WHY...we hadn't booked through the hotel. Conclusion 4 stars never in my life!!The best thing was the cosmetics and the KG treatments.
