Very nice little guesthouse between Kirchseeon and Moosach. It's very quiet here, the rooms are nice. No breakfast is offered, but there is a small tea kitchen in the room. The owner is very friendly and gives great tips about eating out and the surrounding area. If I have guests again, I'll be happy to accommodate them here.

The gas room was more of a mini apartment, which was a surprise and quite welcome. However, the refrigerator was not turned on and there was no coffee maker, and the beds were clearly low quality. I never saw any staff or owners, although they communicated quite well via email. The parking out front it was very welcome karma but having no signage off the main road read it very difficult during the night to find the location, even while using Google Maps.

Disaster!! On my bed I found a note saying that the family's nephew was celebrating a birthday... so far so good. If you have a guest house, it's a disgrace to have loud music until 3:30 in the morning and the guests right above you to accommodate firmly. Despite a conversation to at least make up for the night, we encountered a rude owner who didn't see this!!! Furthermore, the towels weren't replaced every day, let alone the bed made. All I can say is avoid this guesthouse - these owners are neither hospitable nor nice!!!!By the way, every night someone snores so loudly that it penetrates many walls. I think it's more pleasant under a railway bridge.

If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place for a weekend or weeks from which you would like to tour the surrounding area, this is the right place for you. The host family is really great, very helpful and authentic. The accommodation is worth the price. You have the opportunity to buy drinks on site, including beer. There is also a very cozy hut in the yard where you can stay inside or outside. It is very quiet in the evenings and at night. Here you have both, the silence and, if necessary, you can quickly discover beautiful places. Enjoy yourself!

Lovingly run guesthouse! Located in the middle of nature and yet very close to the state capital Munich. Modern, spacious and very clean rooms. The hosts Hans and Ursula are very nice and are happy to advise you on the best things to do in the area. You really feel at home in this guesthouse insider tip.My next stay is already planned :)
