We stayed here for 10 days and are so glad we did. A super good location that's close to all the good stuff Canggu has to offer but in a quieter area in Pererenan. Agus and his team are fantastic and able to assist with anything you might need during your stay. The villa's are superb and a step up from other villas we have stayed in. The configuration of the rooms make it ideal for multiple couples to stay or if you have kids they can be in a different room with their own bathroom. The rooms and massive and high ceiling's throughout. Not having to go outside to use a kitchen/bathroom is a huge plus. AC in all of the rooms. We will be back again next year to stay again and can highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish abode for their next holiday

New and well designed villas. Spacious and bright. It is very pleasant to live in a fresh place, there is no hint of mold or dampness. Two huge bathrooms, your own swimming pool, a luxurious living room + kitchen on the ground floor. No problems with parking. Everything is fine.It is important when choosing this housing to understand that it is better to have a bike or a car to live here. Of course, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and the beach, but this is not an adventure.There are several cafes and minimarkets within walking distance. This is a big plus; minimarkets sell everything from repellent to wine 24/7.Now about the construction sites: they are there, but the guys work from 9:00, it didnβt bother us, since we left the house already at that time. But the main question is, is there any place between Semenyak and Tan Lot where there is no construction? Just relax, or ask the builders to be quieter at a certain moment, everyone there understands.District: you need to understand which district you are going to and why. There is no shopping, noisy parties and a bunch of eateries. This is a very quiet, expensive and calm area. 5-6 excellent restaurants, the same number of places for breakfast, 4 gyms and your own local beach with 30 sun loungers and cozy beach surf bars. If you have a bike 10-15 minutes and you are in noisy neighboring areas with all the amenities.Have a nice holiday. We got high.Special respect to the villa team. Agus and team 10/10!

The place is beautiful, and we get what we see in the pictures. It is in a good location, comfortable new apartman. The pool is so fantastic and the view of nature are breath taking.
