Room clean according to the circumstances. Breakfast rich and ok. Service ok. Very noisy. Reception unfriendly. There is no longer a sauna, something should be changed on the website. Was a unique experience.

Everything worked fine for us at the hotel. We also got there a little early, but were able to check in an hour earlier. There is a large parking lot and the room is very nice.

Were there for the Perchtenlauf. Room was okay warm and clean. However, it was a shame we booked the hotel because of the existing sauna that was praised on the website. At the reception they said they were no longer available and it wasn't worth it considering the cost. If we had known this beforehand, we wouldn't have come here in the first place! What a disgrace this is fraud!!!

Unfortunately I can't give a good rating. Rarely experienced such a bad hotel. My single room was large enough, but in need of renovation. The bathroom is past its best, completely rotten radiator, moldy shower cubicle. Faucet is difficult to operate. The floor in the room at the desk was worn through. Very noisy and you could see into the room from outside even with the curtains drawn. Overall, there is a very old-looking inventory throughout the hotel. There was hardly any television reception, only ARD and ProSieben were running to some extent, the rest could only be seen with major disruptions. Complaints about this at reception were dismissed as no one had ever complained about it. Internet very weak WLAN, sometimes not even available. In the morning you were rudely asked for your room number at breakfast. But the breakfast itself was okay and the only bright spot. The associated restaurant is permanently closed.So overall I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was in contact with many others as we were a large group and the rooms and renovation backlog were similar.

I was there from August 4th to 7th, 23When I arrived I was early, the lady at the reception was very rude and seemed annoyed with me.The room was neatly clean and the beds are comfortable.The shower, however, was a complete disaster. The shower head was difficult to adjust so I thought everything would fall out of the wall.So I showered with the shower head on, the water had no pressure at all and I had to kind of jump around in the shower to get wet. Breakfast staff is friendly but they don't speak German, I don't think that's okay. One of the women didn't say anything and didn't even smile.The gentleman who manned the reception in the evening was very friendly and accommodating. You could even speak 2 or 3 sentences with him.However, the hotel is very old-fashioned!!!

A large hotel in the very center of the city. Very convenient location. Free parking. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Stayed here several times, approximate cost 50€, which is quite adequate for such a hotel in this region. The staff here is not very friendly, especially during breakfast. I didn't like the breakfast, it could have been better for the price. The rooms were clean, without any complaints.

I have been visiting this hotel for many years. But I've been trying to avoid it for about 3-4 years. The service has delivered more and more. Nothing more was done to the rooms. Mini TV. Minimal breakfast buffet. Sometimes you arrive in winter and the room is freezing cold. For me the only plus point is the great location in the middle of Ebersberg, but unfortunately that's it.

From June 24th to 25th we had a triple room, number 208. The first impression of the hotel was good, but the reception is only open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. - hmm. As a result, checking in in a very narrow time window due to a follow-up event - grr. When we were able to examine the room for the first time late in the evening, it seemed normal at first glance, but: the toilet was to the left of the entrance, WITHOUT a sink! Bathtub shower and sink were on the right; worn, wobbly and cracked! No hotel information in the room! So we had to go on a scavenger hunt.The next morning there were difficulties communicating with the staff: Well, we only speak German and English, a little Italian and French but that's it.Formalities and payment were completed when checking in, that's it! Get out of there!Anyone who would be happy to pay 113.80 euros for bed and breakfast for two people under these circumstances - fine.In any case, it was the last time we stayed at the Hölzerbräu and other Lehmann Holding hotels.We prefer family-run hotels. It would be better to have less online service and more personal contact - it wouldn't work without it anyway.

The hotel is nice and built with love. Located in the center of this beautiful little town.But there are the little things that show that the best times are already over.Reception is very friendly for check-in but empty all day afterwards.Breakfast: the dining room is large and bright, traditionally decorated. Unfortunately the breakfast is not at the same level. The eggs are cold, the wall is poor, the waitress doesn't smile, but of course you won't die of hunger!The room: is absolutely beautiful with wooden furniture and decorations, with the balcony and little table…Attic leads to some special features but that is also clear.Yes.I would recommend the hotel, but it would be better if the owner showed more attention. The price was definitely too high for this category (€104 per night without breakfast)!

Unfriendly reception. The restaurant has been completely closed for a long time. The service staff doesn't understand German and always switches off the electricity in the room, so you have to call. have to ask how you can cover your room. Toilet without sink.

Hotel not recommended, staff extremely unfriendly, despite paying extra for early arrival no key was deposited via Keyboy.Had to wait 2 hours for staff.When we asked about the Keyboy we received a very aggressive answer.Rustic, broken and unclean rooms for 100 euros a night.Left the next day without eating breakfast.Definitely never again.We've never experienced anything like this before.

Always my pleasure. I've been to the hotel twice now and it won't be the last time.Because of the DB strikes, I'm always dependent on a hotel and the hotel is very close to where I work. I will now come back and am always very happy with the room.
