Warm hospitality in a private setting! Our stay exceeded expectations. The hosts’ attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like we welcomed guests into the apartment.This place is amazing - absolutely what we expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! We did a 10 -night rest here and we are so glad that we booked our time here.This host was very generous, friendly and made sure we had a fantastic stay in the city. The room was very comfortable and clean with all neded facilities.We'll come back to this place on our next trip to Berlin.Thank you kindly for your service and hospitality.Amazing experience. 5 stars! Great location if you have anything to do in Berlin-Buch. Clean rooms. Fresh bed linen. Hospitable management. Problems were resolved immediately. Many little things have been thought of in the apartment.

Quiet and uncomplicated....Apartment was new and clean, well furnished. The kitchen is great...we missed wine glasses, but that wasn't so bad. We met the nice lady from the administration. She asked us if we were comfortable. We briefly noted that. And she brought us some straight away! That was really really nice! Gladly there again. We can recommend it.

We felt very comfortable in the Schwanenburg. The apartments are in a quiet location and are a good contrast to Berlin. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Whenever we had any questions, we always encountered extremely friendly staff who were always able to give us good tips about excursions, the surrounding area, restaurants, etc. We would be happy to come back on our next visit to Berlin and would like to thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Clean room, very friendly and cozy in the interior. The location is not central, but you feel much safer than in Berlin City. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, but the supermarket is only 200 meters away. I also liked the free parking lot. I have been here several times because it is very pleasant. WiFi also works well.

A beautiful complex in a quiet area. The location offers the opportunity for long walks in nature but also good connections to Berlin. It took me less than 30 minutes to get to Berlin city by car. My apartment for two people was practical but also comfortably furnished. All rooms were very well maintained and clean. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for self-catering, and shopping opportunities are on the doorstep. The hosts were always available and very nice. I felt very comfortable in Schwanenburg and can fully recommend this accommodation.

Clean rooms with bathroom, everything with taste. Well-equipped kitchenette (coffee, sugar, salt, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, bowls). There were even clean slippers. In a quiet district, direct access may be difficult at late hours, but it is a quiet, green area and cooler in hot weather than in the city itself. In addition, the price is very good and the hosts always care about the guests' comfort.

Excellent location for me (I visited Campus Buch for two & half weeks). Room, bathroom and kitchen are very clean. Quiet. Easy check in and check out. There is a bus stop just in front of the apartment connecting to buch centre. Very convenient.

The two of us had apartment 10, very spacious, large beds, nice bathroom. The employee was nice and helped us with the bus connection. Everything was thought of when setting it up, even slippers. Overall quiet, clean and tidy.
