Booked 2 villas for 4D3N. Place was spacious and great for hosting big groups, but as written in previous reviews, several issues that made the overall stay not great (considering how it costed almost 3k USD in total) - terrible security, strangers walked in to our party twice im only glad nothing went missing, water dispenser has no water in one of the villas, no television or projector, water outage on one of the nights, bad sewer smell in some rooms, smell so bad that nobody dared to use the bath tubs, no washing machine. BED BUGS were definitely an issue.

Comfortable house but with too many little things that go wrong, bedroom floors that move and reveal nails, result in injury under the foot, problem reported but not resolved after 15 days of presence, pestid odors regularly in a room , no welcome from our host upon our arrival, house not supplied with water upon our arrival, kitchen utensils not suitable for a group of 8 people (glasses, plates, cutlery, pans in poor condition).Recurring problem at the swimming pool, the cleaning service comes quite early in the morning, so wake-up required...In short, very disappointing overall compared to the price paid and the level of service presented.

I'm a nanny,i been here manny time to look after kids my clein kids so happy, kids more comfortable,there are friendly staff and scurity,clean villa, easy walk to the beach and best coffe at front outside of the villa too!

We booked 2 villas for a big family trip with 21 of us. The villas were beautiful, so much space and very modern. The staff were fantastic and very helpful and it was in a great part of Canggu. We would definitely return and recommend to anybody. Thank you!

Could not recommend La Residence Anam highly enough. Stunning rooms, spacious & comfortable. Amazing location in Canggu, close to cafes & restaurants. Stayed here with 5 families from Boxing Day to New Year’s Eve and it could not have been more perfect. Will definitely be back! Thank you Ivan & staff.

Really Really nice villa in Canggu.Spacious, beautiful, private and well maintained.We stayed here for one week, and enjoyed everything. The poo is clean and amazing. The service from the management group is perfect. There are some really nice cafe and restaurants in walking distance, but yet it's in a quite and lovely district. Highly recommend to someone who wants to Really enjoy a beautiful time in a private villa with a pool.
