I had an apartment on the 4th floor with a balcony for 4 nights and I was simply thrilled.The kitchen, bathroom and apartment were in very good condition.The reception at the reception was very friendly and the late check-in was easy.Quiet location, large apartment, equipped kitchen... and an absolute bargain compared to the prices of conventional hotel rooms.If I'm in Berlin again for work, I know where I'll book.

I don't care what others say...we were here and we were here again last weekend, everything is clean, the kitchen with everything that goes with it. Appliances in the kitchen are as good as new. bathroom with new fittings. We had an apartment because we have 3 children and all I can say is... again and again!!

Large rooms that are long, long past their best. The location is very quiet. I've already been there twice because there's nothing else in the area, but next time I'll take a longer and longer route to my job there so I don't have to live here anymore.Every time, basic things in the room were not in order and could not be corrected, or could only be corrected later, or were solved by changing the room, which caused other problems.Value for money is really a disaster.

I gave it a star because you can't do less!Very unwelcoming structure, the only thing we can't complain about is the toilet paper, the size of the room and the heating. For the sum of more than 130 euros per night we didn't even find a tea bag, the finished soap, reception closed from Saturday evening to Monday morning. Very practical if you are in the tub and realize that the soap is not there or if you even want a second chair, given that we had chosen the structure precisely for the possibility of having breakfast or eating. Kitchen equipped to the minimum wage. So you can spend less and better elsewhere

When we arrived the elevator was broken, so we were given a room on the first floor.The mattress in room 216 is completely worn out and the pillow is unusable. The refrigerator didn't work one day because it had probably gotten too warm. There is a table with a chair in the room, another chair was provided upon request. The extractor hood urgently needs cleaning. The waste bin mechanism is defective. We have been here several times but the quality can be improved.

The Aparion offers you the opportunity to live in a fully equipped apartment. So if you don't want to miss out on a certain standard while traveling and prefer to travel autonomously, the Aparion is recommended. The apartments themselves are clean, well-maintained and invite you to relax thanks to their spacious layout and quiet location.What is particularly noteworthy is that there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the door. This is not a given, especially not in this day and age. There are plus points for that.Supermarkets can be reached fairly quickly on foot and public transport stops can also be found not far from Aparion. There's nothing to complain about here.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped and the bathroom was absolutely fine.Of course, it is important not to sweep negative things under the carpet, but to mention them:- Prices have risen (everywhere), and even if you have a great location and great rooms, that can't hide the fact that you don't necessarily enjoy the most modern standards here. The hotel seems a bit old. You can see it, feel it and smell it. This never bothered us, but considering the prices that are now being set, this can now be highlighted as a negative aspect.Nevertheless, the Aparion offers a pleasant stay that is quiet and impersonal. It's just an apartment that you rent and not a hotel room.

Good opportunity to stay overnight in Berlin. Small kitchens are available in the rooms.The rooms are spacious and there is a large parking lot. The location is good, not far away there are several shops and also a snack bar.

Very nice alternative to a hotel! Check-in is easy to do at a machine. The rooms are clean and very spacious! There is plenty of parking space and there is an elevator in the building. The nice thing is that there is a small kitchen in the apartment and you can take dogs with you!Again any time!

The Aparion is a great stay. Always thrilled! The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is just great. The price is also right.It also has a great location in Berlin, central and well connected in the area.I can only recommend it!

Pros: The bed was good. WiFi worked great and parking spaces were free right in front of the house.Negative: Check-in was anything but problem-free. I had to fill out some paperwork again for whatever reason. As a business traveler there were problems with the bill and the tourism tax. It was deducted when I booked but it didn't appear on the invoice. I then had to contact Booking and spend a long time on the phone to get my money back.Kitchen was in a dilapidated condition. At the height of the sink there were holes in the wall where wood had been crumbling for a long time. Here a glass board was simply placed in front of it and thus hidden. Here too, the silicone joints were broken or not even there. The sockets above the desk were also loose.In addition, I booked at short notice and received the message very late in the evening that I needed a corona test. When I booked there wasn't a single hint that I needed this. I can no longer get a corona test at night in my hometown. In addition, the staff told me that I needed a new corona test every three days. Absolute madness. Conclusion: booking here was a big mistake and I won't book a room here again because the price-performance ratio here is absolutely not in line.

The hotel is in a very quiet area.However, it's really annoying when the leaf blower comes on at 7 a.m. You can also do this from 9 a.m.The hotel offers plenty of free parking spaces.The cleanliness of the room was checked upon arrival, but not thoroughly, so improvements had to be made. But that happened in no time.The room is nice and big, but I find the partially carpeted area to be very borderline. Cleaning during your stay is standard in other hotels, but here you have to pay extra for it.The bed was too soft for us, so we basically had back pain.We would not come back as the hotel is not centrally located and there are better hotel rooms for the price.The star deduction is for the bed, the carpet and the disturbance of the peace by the leaf blower. With this device the holiday mood was gone.
