We spend a lot of time in hotels, but we haven't had the chance to experience anything like this, even in very good (expensive) hotels. The price was completely fine. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also great. I particularly liked what the kitchen had to offer. We'll be back next year :) thank you

Great staff, worst sleep ever. Super loud if your room is facing the concert hall, even on the seventh floor. No real coffee in room, just instant coffee and a kettle… gross. Water in shower did not get hot, just warm. …

It was a relaxing experience at this hotel. Everything was great from arrival to departure. Delicious breakfast (egg dishes are freshly prepared), great room with a view of the Spree. Underground car park under the hotel (not part of it) 24 hours for 35 euros. Service and staff top. You felt extremely comfortable. Price-performance ratio is appropriate for the location and service.

Booked to spend the night in Berlin after an event. Very friendly staff at the front office...the room was ready very early. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is wonderful. The service at breakfast is very friendly and the selection is great. In our opinion, we recommend it without reservation.

Horrible experience, I was feeling sorry for the staff members.||I could hear the hotel manager Florian screaming with the kitchen staff.||I cannot believe how a person like him can manage a boutique hotel.||Shame! I could see the reception staff with fear in their eyes!

We were there 4 nights. Very friendly staff in all areas. Breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was also good. Very good location. When the weather is nice, directly on the Spree. Bus line 300 directly in front of the house.Nice room and good WiFi. Gladly again.

Update 2024:Trigger runs, difficult to sleep. There seems to be a moisture problem. Plaster is crumbling from the walls.We told reception that they wanted to send a technician, but they could have simply saved themselves the trip to reception.The duvets (the inner one) could use washing, they are dirty and completely yellow. It's really disgusting. Wash??Friendliness of the breakfast staff was mixed.It's a shame. It used to be better.There are fancier locations for the price. Unfortunately it has worn off.I would also think twice about using the cups and glasses from the room. Apparently flushed in the room.Nice hotel, great design. Rooms are sufficiently large and clean. But the extractor in the bathroom didn't really work.Windows can only be opened (tilted) a crack. Beds are very comfortable.The staff was very nice.The location at Mercedes Benz Arena is ok, it is quite loud but with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything.Parking is possible at a fair price in the nearby parking garages.Unfortunately there was a closed party in the restaurant and bar one evening, which could have been communicated to the guests beforehand.It's a shame if you want to use the bar, which is very nice by the way.The breakfast is pretty good for a large hotel, we know Indigo from Dresden, so we consciously chose this hotel. Sometimes there are rolls and bread from the bakery. Only 1 type of bread on a day, that's OK due to the workload, I would rather cut out other things.There could be more regional stuff. Large selection of cheese, but would focus more on quality instead of quantity.Fruit was super fresh and delicious.There were also homemade salads.Eggs, omelettes, waffles, etc. are available to order.Coffee from the fully automatic machine was also ok.The breakfast staff were particularly nice and very attentive. Really great :-)At check-out I would ask the guests if everything was OK ;-)Would book here again.

Mega nice hotel right on the East Side Gallery and just a few minutes from Warschauer Straße.I was at the hotel with a friend to attend a concert at the Waldbühne in July.Underground car park directly below the hotel.We had a super nice and warm welcome, thank you very much for that. Our room was great and had a great view.The staff at reception were warm and friendly. I enjoy being a guest of colleagues and will come again. Thank you very much again for the upgrade 😊The rooftop bar is beautifully designed and the employees were nice and accommodating.However, I would like to praise the breakfast staff. You guys were great. You can tell that you love your work. Thank you for the always warm welcome and the great service.Thank you for the unforgettable weekend with you, I'll be back.

A simply beautiful hotel, absolutely friendly, welcoming and very hard-working staff.The rooms offer you everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep, as well as being clean and tidy.The rooftop bar is worth a visit, your every wish will be met and no wishes will be left unfulfilled, very friendly and great staff!The breakfast is absolutely sufficient and rich, the two ladies work really hard and are super friendly. If desired, the recommended waffles or omelet are available! Very very tasty everything!The view from the hotel is also great and worth a visit from the rooftop bar in the evening.

Great hotel, located in a strategic position in the center of the East Side Gallery, just minutes from the subway and the East Side Mall. The bus stop leading to Alexander Platz, Holzmarkt and various museums is right in front of the hotel.The breakfast is great and plentiful, the staff friendly and helpful. Impeccable cleaning.The rooms are beautiful and the mini-bar is free.

Ideal location for visits to the Uber Arena or Music Hall, opposite the remains of the Berlin Wall and the Spree. The rooms and ambience are nothing special, but they are enough to make you feel comfortable. Everything is clean, everything is stylish, drinks in the minibar are free. If you want to go to bed early, you probably shouldn't take a room on the 7th floor (as we hear), but if you want to visit the rooftop bar, you should either go early enough or reserve a place for late in the evening (public, hotel guests are not given priority) . Otherwise the hotel was surprisingly quiet, no one was loud or otherwise disruptive. If you want to park your car somewhere, you can do so inexpensively and for several days in the East Side Gallery, which is not far away. Great location with no frills in a great neighborhood. We will be back!
