The building, the rooms and the landscape are always worth a short trip. However, this is the second time I have noticed that the culinary offerings for vegetarians or vegans are more than poor. Paying over 25 euros for two slices of completely strangely seasoned celery and four hard cauliflower florets is a little sobering. Athletes who want to replenish their storage here should eat well outside. It is definitely recommended for overnight stays.Another small recommendation: the coffee selection for breakfast could definitely be improved.

The hotel is a renovated castle, but that's where the romance is gone. The service is practically non-existent, when we found the check-in we had the impression that we were more of a burden to the staff than of being welcome. Our room was quite spartan and more modern than typical of a castle. The floor was pretty old, but it could still have been cleaned. You drag the dirt into the room and then have it under your bare feet or in the bed. There are probably slippers available upon request, but in this price range I don't expect to have to ask for them. However, the bed was okay and the bathroom was also fine. However, breakfast doesn't work at all. Coffee only via a machine, not a pot at the table like usual. It was presented quite blandly and the selection was rather modest, the quantity was sufficient. Overall, in our opinion, the hotel is rather carelessly and coldly furnished. Large, empty rooms with little decoration, but that's probably how it should be and is completely modern.

We had the barrier-free room and were more than satisfied, a really wheelchair-friendly room and the bathroom is also suitable for wheelchair users. Sensibly placed grab handles, wheelchair accessible sink, spacious, door that opens outwards, stable shower stool.A rich fruit plate was available to welcome us. The breakfast buffet is very rich.

1 overnight stay and dinner on a bike tour.Booked early so overall very inexpensive in the sense of the word.Pleasant room and bed. Dinner a la card was very tasty.Service attentive and very nice - nothing is perfect!We would definitely come here again, thank you!

We had a wedding party... and the operator didn't even think it was necessary to mow the lawn, let alone prepare everything in a timely manner. No recommendation for this, look for another place for your most beautiful day.

The location is very nice! The location is pleasantly quiet...BUT...unfortunately the hotel seems to be suffering from a lack of staff, as a result of which the service suffers so massively that the simplest things, like enjoying a BBQ at a wedding reception, only lead to annoyance and unsatisfied hunger.

The staff was overwhelmed when ordering drinks. Drinks were either forgotten or the wrong drinks arrived. On the subject of cleaning the room: the bedding was folded and only new towels were put on the bed. The vacuum cleaner was not used!

We stayed in the castle for one night and were thrilled. A great location with a swimming lake, the castle is beautifully decorated. In the evening we had a wonderful meal on the castle terrace overlooking the lake and had a very open-minded young man who spoiled us. Breakfast on the terrace was also very chilled out. We felt completely comfortable and hope to be able to be guests again soon.

A beautiful castle in a wonderful park by the lake, excellent, exquisite cuisine, beautiful breakfast terrace, minimalist but elegantly furnished rooms. A special place with a lot of flair, where you can only hear the rustling of the forest at night. Ideal for short breaks and to unwind. Really a special experience.

When you arrive at Reichenow, the castle rises like a phoenix from the ashes, removed from the present world. Wonderfully restored Babelsberg Palace in miniature. Not for action seekers but Brandenburg country flair from the imperial era! House service and ambience round everything off, you feel like you have arrived in the Brandenburg country nobility. Price/performance is okay, individual wishes were fulfilled to complete satisfaction. If you really want to escape from everyday life, this is the right place.

Yesterday we were at a concert in the hotel and were served by a waiter who is a fellow citizen favored by the sun.We ordered and received coffee and cake, but the waiter didn't give us a receipt and, to my surprise, put the money in his pocket.When served by this waiter, please ask for the bill and check that it is correct.Otherwise it was a great experience at the concert from this hotel.

Sometimes things have to fall into place first!I'll keep it short!1. Bamboo-look “toothbrush cup” with black mold on the bottom of the cup in the bathroom?2. At the breakfast buffet, the supermarket butter slapped onto a plate with a sticky knife for everyone to see, unrefrigerated in the middle of summer!?The same with the sausage, the cheese, the cheap tomatoes, the cucumber, the margarine etc.!?3. Scrambled eggs were now gone.4. A home coffee machine for everyone! Waiting included!?5. A large old nail on the threshold to the terrace above poses a real risk of injury! Especially if, like me, you broke your toe!!!The bottom line is the following conclusion:We were happy to have left on time.The house has been lovingly restored!!!!

I can't rate the hotel. But the gastronomy does. And there are forces at work here that cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. The waitress seems to feel harassed by guests. Another female with a moderately well-groomed appearance and not recognizable as an employee of the house enjoys the role of a strict governess who has to educate arriving guests. Conclusion: beautiful, little-visited house with catastrophic gastronomy.
