Very well maintained private villa in Canggu area.. Newly renovated with 5 super spacious rooms...Large swimming pool...They have mini gym and massage room (order from outside)..Stay for 2 nights... Very pleasant stay... All staffs are very helpful and polite...

I stayed in this villa on Dec 2019 and it was the amazing experience. The staff and manager were not only attentive of all our requests from great breakfast cooked, yoga classes to organising bali tours, but also made sure our rooms were in perfect condition.They even turndown and tidy the rooms in the evening like a five star hotel.My children and I loved the pool over looking the rice paddies. Our bedrooms are direction of the ocean which we can see through the palm trees. I very much enjoyed walking on the beach which is only five minutes away and not having to drive to all the restaurant and hotspots in Canggu.This villa is hidden paradise, great value for money and I highly recommend staying at this villa and will be back soon.

I fell in love with the house and the settings in this gorgeous village of Pantai Seseh. Sadly the dream became a nightmare. This house has more termites than the Australian outback. The electrical wiring is dangerous and I am lucky to have survived a few electric shocks. From the archaic pool system to the putrid drains and the leaking roofs this house has it all. And it is not pretty. Such a shame to have experienced and witnessed the sheer greed of an owner over villa maintenance. Before committing to a rental / holiday let in this villa one should request a recent video of the place and recent photos. As it stands the villa is crumbling before your eyes. I won’t even mention the state of the furniture and kitchen equipment. Do not hesitate to contact me for photographic and videos evidence. This house is falsely advertised as a “luxury villa”. It could not be further from the truth and I wonder who are these people who gave it 5*!
