We didn't think it was as bad as some others. 85 € are for the (in our case) defects and therefore only cold water shower and the admittedly pretty spooky surroundings, but you get the morning coffee from the machine and the parking space for free, the landlady is very friendly when she's there and the room was clean and functional.

Very basic accommodation and I rarely write reviews. But I couldn't believe where I ended up, because from the outside it doesn't look like a guesthouse. There's nothing to suggest that, unless you want to go on vacation to a junkyard. The rooms are very spartan and the bed is so soft that you have trouble getting out of it. The room is only clean at first glance and is very stuffy in the summer, it is very noisy.There is also a parking space for mobile homes directly in the yard, where there was such a ruckus on our last night that the staff were unable to stop it. I was still worried about her getting out of there safely. Unfortunately we were forced to call the police, but that was unsuccessful. It wasn't until around four o'clock that things became quieter and the following morning we were woken up by car horns from the campsite residents.The price-performance ratio is not right here at all. 85€ is way too much. Unfortunately, Berlin was fully booked for our weekend, so we couldn't find another place to stay at short notice.I advise against this accommodation and one star is too much here.

Very basic accommodation. The surroundings are off-putting, the outside of the house is run down, and there is a kind of campsite right on the site. There is junk and wrecked cars everywhere. The room was not particularly clean and very simply furnished, the mattresses were so soft that it gave you back pain. The rooms are very stuffy in the heat, there was no fan or anything like that. I would describe it as a mechanic's room, not a guesthouse. The house is incredibly noisy, you can hear the noise from the highway and the planes. There was a ruckus at the campsite all night long and requests for a night's sleep were ignored. Even the police who were called couldn't do anything. It wasn't until around four in the morning that things became quieter.The price is absolutely overpriced and not 85 eurosvalue. I wouldn't book it again even in an absolute emergency. I'd rather sleep in the car.
