It's a converted garage, with a kitchen inside and a toilet inside. If you want to ventilate the room, you have to leave the entrance door open, otherwise the room is stuffy enough. If you leave the door open, you can count the cars passing by until the morning. The cost of one night is 159 + 10 Euros parking fee in Berlin. I don't know if it's normal, I accidentally took 3 bottles of water from there when I took the ingredients from the refrigerator when I left in the morning, I was not aware of this, when the lady checking told me about this, my wife said that I bought it by mistake and that she would return it, she said that there was no need. After writing a comment on booking, they wrote to us that we did not pay for the water and that we had to pay for the water (we paid for the water on the way). We paid despite this disgrace) and at the same time, they said that what we said about the apartment was a lie and that the apartment was in a very good condition. I traveled 12000 km in the last month and I stayed in cheaper and more expensive places. I did not write a review about any of them, but this is the worst place I stayed in. This is because they called us liars. I'm doing it, come on, we are liars, how many customers will you be able to bring in with these misleading photos and how do you plan to get a good score from all of them? The price of the apartment is maximum 50 Euros.

Far from Berlin, and in return not a low price for a comfortable 1 room with 5 beds (including a bunk bed). Entrance to the room through the terrace door. The bathroom is accessed through a dummy kitchen without a refrigerator.

Newly built house with modern furnishings..... Unfortunately the rooms are too small, 3 beds were put in and that's it, no trace of comfort..... There is also a kitchen where cooking is prohibited, but there is an electric cooker you're outside on the terrace 🤔🤔 you just don't want people cooking in the house supposedly because of the risk of fire🤷♂️Conclusion: one night is ok for tourists but not recommended for craftsmen or fitters ‼️

Good price-performance ratio. There were five of us there. The room with four beds was very small. Still very modern, good transport connections, nice manager and friendly staff.
