We had a very nice room on the first floor. The beds were comfortable, the shower with rain shower and hand shower warmed up quickly. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay

The absolute best thing about this hotel was their breakfast buffet which was very nice and the bread was freshly baked sourdough. The rooms were also quite nice, and newly renovated, and contemporary design. Unfortunately, there was a locked door between the room and the neighboring room, which made it extremely noisy between the rooms. there was also a lot of noise in the hallway,nice service and reception.

Bathroom flooded after showering, staff disinterested. Booked a late departure, but was still woken up. Zero goodwill. I don't expect luxury for the money, but a normal room and professional staff would be nice. Not recommended!

Unreasonable stay at the Yggotel Spruv BerlinMy stay at the Yggotel Spruv Berlin was a thoroughly disappointing experience. On the first evening the bathroom was flooded after showering because the drain was broken. Changing the room to the attic made the situation worse as the room was extremely hot and stuffy. Two fans that I had to carry to the 7th floor myself didn't bring any improvement.To make matters worse, the safe didn't work and despite repeated complaints, no quick fix was offered. On the day of my departure, even though I had booked a late departure, I was disturbed in the middle of my work by heavy knocking on the door. A staff member yelled at me!!!! and claimed I should have already checked out. An unprofessional and completely unacceptable disruption that made my entire stay even worse.Unfortunately, the numerous deficiencies and the inadequate service make the hotel not recommended.

Was in the hotel from September 27th to 29th. Service very good. The staff nice and friendly. Bad only with parking spaces. The room was very nice. We had to go to the 6th floor but it wasn't a problem as there was an elevator. The morning buffet was very well prepared. I'd love to come back any time I'm in Berlin again. Thanks to all employees. Keep it up. greeting

Good location and reasonably good value but service not very helpful - very thin walls indeed between rooms, if you have a loud neighbour who’s is up late, it’s bad luck

Staff is mostly rude and doesn't want to help you.My room didn't have towels, I asked and they gave me only two, only to be left with one towel the next day.Room was not so clean either and soundproofing was poor.

We stayed at Yggotel Spurv for 3 nights as we were attending Lollapalooza. The room was well equipped, but very small and somewhat impractical. Showering in particular was a challenge as there was neither a door nor a shower curtain, which meant that you always had to be careful not to flood the bathroom. The service, however, was excellent - the staff were consistently friendly and very helpful. The connection to public transport (subway and bus) was also great.

A city hotel with small but well-equipped rooms: box spring bed and rainforest shower. Clean and everything you need is there. We booked breakfast on site and were very happy with it. Bread, rolls, cold cuts, cheese, jams, eggs, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, fully automatic coffee machine and not to forget the waffle iron where you could make delicious fresh waffles yourself. Breakfast was served until 11 a.m. and the very friendly and helpful staff constantly refilled it. We were very satisfied and will happily come back.

A beautiful hotel, very stylishly decorated, in an ecological atmosphere and with such accessories! Great location, close to the metro, bus and suburban trains. Additionally, it is located in a very nice, quiet, safe and luxurious district of Charlottenburg. Rooms clean and spacious. The service was very nice and friendly. The cherry on the cake is the breakfast, with a very large selection of fresh and quality products! I highly recommend it 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

We were in Berlin for 2 days and made absolutely the right choice with the Yggotel. Central and yet very quiet.A mega breakfast in terms of selection and two very nice ladies who take care of everything. Everything was totally relaxed and very good quality. Any time !!!

A very nice and nice hotel. A quiet location despite being centrally located. Train and bus traffic is just around the corner. Rooms are nice, but they don't have air conditioning in the summer, it was correspondingly warm in the room and the window is a bit old. The service at the breakfast buffet was very family and friendly. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel is great.The rooms are newly renovated and clean.The staff are also very friendly. And the breakfast is great, lots of choice. The hotel is a bit outside but the subway and S-Bahn are a 10-minute walk away.All together great.
