Very friendly people and super tasty food. The room was fine but noisy. The breakfast was great and it is also a great overnight hotel for your trip to the south or back home.

The first impression when you see the hotel from the outside runs through the entire hotel: simply shabby... Everything in the first room was broken, the door couldn't be locked from the inside. Everything is very cramped and dingy.After changing rooms it didn't really get any better, but at least you could lock the door. The shower wasn't clean and the shower doors were more than broken...The bed was slightly crooked, which made it impossible to sleep properly. And last but not least, it was extremely loud and you couldn't even close the windows because it was DEFECTIVE...NEVER AGAIN

quiet location, small but cozy rooms, very good breakfast buffet, owner nice and helpful. Only the TV in the room doesn't have any channels... a bit strange. The restaurant is SUPER and the service is fantastic.

The hotel is located in a commercial area and is particularly suitable for people who need a place to stay without any frills at a good price/performance ratio. The rooms have everything you need, show normal signs of wear, but are immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. What really impressed me was the breakfast, which offers everything I could want for a very fair price to fill me up in a delicious way with a good selection. More expensive hotels would have added a lot of chic and charged three to four times as much. The Garda is on my watch list as a cheap overnight hotel for business trips.

Unfortunately I have to say once and never again.I was in the Garda in October for a business trip.Let me start by saying that I have never judged things so negatively.The hotel entrance area showed a very dirty mat, at the reception I could see the hinterland of the restaurant's bar, which was full of chaos, there was everything from cleaning supplies to shopping bags with empty and full bottles on the floor.The room smelled musty, the duvet was too thin for this time of year, the bathroom heater didn't work... What's with the oriental, old bed rug? You can't go barefoot.The breakfast was bland, made with cheap prepackaged foods. The large purple cereal box contained leftovers from all sorts of what was once called cereal.The lady of the house was standing at the bar, bored, with her cell phone.The crowning glory was the "tablecloth" from the breakfast buffet, I've never seen one so dirty.The underground garage was free, but dirty.Dear hotel owners, please remember, a hotel doesn't have to be state of the art, but the guest should feel the love for it.The restaurant was closed, so no rating.

The room was an imposition. Drafty, not clean and every little noise came through the balcony door. The bed only had a thin blanket, so sleeping was unthinkable due to the cold and noise. The fact that the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable didn't help either. The garage is so narrow that a car with a turning circle larger than that of a Mini is strongly discouraged. The staff called at ungodly hours and couldn't be reached the other way around. The advertised service times were not adhered to. The prices on the homepage are not adhered to by the hotel, but are higher.This hotel is not worth the money.

Very friendly and committed operators. Delicious food (also vegetarian) and pleasant atmosphere! We have only had the best experiences in the district work for Darmstadt-West and Alt-Bessungen and also personally. Keep it up!

Room wasn't completely clean, bedsheets had small old blood stains. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location a little far from the center. But acceptable for the good price and really good breakfast

Hello. Briefly describe the situation. We paid for the hotel for 5 days with breakfast, unfortunately we only managed to eat what we were given on the first day. The next day our working hours changed and we asked them not to prepare breakfast for us and instead they gave us a pizza, the cheapest after work for both of us because we have to skip breakfast and they get paid. I just want to add that the hotel has its own restaurant. We waited for the boss for two days and when he came he said that what we asked was not possible. Although it is possible to have free breakfast for two people every day, it is not possible to prepare us a pizza or two sandwiches to take to work after work. The boss said he couldn't do anything about it, probably because he was just the boss. I advise against this for everyone, there are many hotels in the area at this price or below and I'm sure they will take better care of the customer. I would understand if it was full. But it's us and 5 other people. maybe even without breakfast... I don't recommend it

This review refers to food ordered via Lieferando. Well, don't go for pizza it's rather plain, smallish but at least expensive as for what you get. There are better places with delivery around the town.
