I stayed here for two nights in a single bedroom. The location was perfect. I arrived by train and the bus stop was really close to the hotel. It just took me like 3 minutes with the bus from the train station. I was surprised at how clean my room was. It was really cozy just like home! My room was small but just perfect for me. For the people that are sensitive to noise this is not the place because you hear everything going on outside the rooms. If I ever have to come back to this city I would absolutely book here.

15 minute walk from the train station. It gets a little noisy with the main street being behind it. Check in was messy, emailed the place a couple days before arriving telling them when I would get there in the afternoon and no response. Lady at check in later that night was rude till the checkout. The actual room was decent, some ants near the fridge when we got in the room for the first time. Third floor entrance was built for a midget, tiny door. No toilet paper in the bathroom.

This place is more of an inn rather than a hotel. It is located on a side street in a peaceful area. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean with both hot and cold running water, and everything works well. There is a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and a dining area. One minor challenge is the language barrier for English speakers, as the lady in charge speaks only German. On the day I arrived, I received an email in German about my room key being in an electronic safe box. Since I was traveling, I missed the email. However, I managed to locate the lady in charge, and she showed me to my room. I eventually overcame the language barrier by using Google Translate on my phone or sending emails with text translated into German. She is polite and very straightforward. If you expecting yes sir, no madam, you won't find this here (which is fine with me). Later, I met another English speaker who had just arrived and seemed lost but eventually figured things out, so the language barrier is a small issue. There’s a phone number on the confirmation email, and you can always call or text if needed. One of the nicest aspects of this place is the cherry tree in the middle of the small courtyard. It was bearing fruit during my stay. I really enjoyed sitting on one of the chairs outside in the courtyard, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere after returning from my work assignments in the evening. The area is quiet, with no nighttime disturbances. This was a pleasant change from a previous stay in the middle of Frankfurt, where I frequently heard sirens and drunken people shouting in the night. There are several small restaurants nearby, and a Penny Supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away. The train station is about a kilometer away. On the whole, my stay was enjoyable, and I would stay there again.

If you expect something else for €55, you can't really help it. Not luxury, but enough for us for one night. Rooms OK and clean, "housekeeper" friendly, telephone contact a bit monosyllabic, but still friendly. I would definitely look for something else for a longer period of time. One night was ok.
