The room was fine, but I didn't understand why the beds had rolls. Service was ok only for arrival and departure and the location works like that

We were there for a trade fair.09/27 until September 30, 2024.The exhibition center was easy to reach on foot. There is a shopping center nearby where you can eat well during normal opening hours during the week. After initial difficulties, the hotel room was exchanged for us and everything went smoothly for us. Here and there we could pay more attention to cleanliness. I would like to positively mention the two pillows, one hard and one soft, you can choose or you can take both. The water in the shower drains very poorly. There wasn't really a closet where you could leave your things if you were there for a longer period of time.We received a very friendly welcome at the reception, the on-site employee was A plus, unfortunately I didn't remember the name.I personally didn't like the bar in the evening, you have to get your own drinks, the staff don't understand you well. Ordered goulash soup and got tomato soup. The lady didn't really know much about beverage technology, which is of course a shame for the ongoing operations in the house.Breakfast buffet was okay, but I also have to say that I was the breakfast boss in a 4 star hotel for years. In any case, there is still room for improvement and the staff needs to be better trained.

Were only there one night for a concert. Location was perfect for us. Hotel is clean, spacious and has everything you need for breakfast. The bed was particularly great. It's very high, maybe not ideal for little people, but we slept like we were on clouds. Absolutely great mattress, pillows and a great blanket. But this is not the case in every hotel in the chain. In Mannheim the hotel was only “good”

I was at the Frankfurt Book Fair and was very enthusiastic about the hotel. It only took five minutes on foot to get from the hotel to the exhibition center. Next door is the Skyline Plaza, where you can also have a delicious snack.Rooms were comfortably furnished and the noise from the street was minimal thanks to the soundproof windows.Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The staff was also very nice and friendly. On my next trade fair visit, I would choose the hotel again.

One of a number of business hotels on the street. Well located for visitors to the trade fair or the congress center.

Rude and unhelpful, I'm there with my underage sister because we booked a room months ago for a concert. The lady didn't want to let us check in even though we had IDs and I was of legal age. We were dumped harshly and so we were stuck in Frankfurt without a hotel, especially with a 12 year old child! The other nice employee tried to talk to her but nothing happened. You can really show a bit of goodwill, especially if your legal guardian has even offered the employee ID, a declaration of consent and a telephone call. Luckily we found a better and more accommodating hotel

Because of my work, I have already stayed in many hotels in Germany. This hotel is definitely one of the best in terms of value for money and cleanliness. …

I don't know why the rating is so highIt took 30 minutes for the team in front of me to process everything from check-in.Of course, it took 20 minutes to process my check-in. The staff was very slow.It took about 50 minutes from arriving at the hotel to getting into the room, and although I clearly asked for it to be cleaned every day, when I got there, it hadn't been cleaned at all and the towels hadn't even been replaced. When I went down to inquire at the counter, there was no staff at the front desk, which was said to be open 24 hours a day. Only one staff member was working at the lounge bar, and no one even glanced at me when I hung around in front of the front desk. The overall work was handled well and even he was poor at explaining and understanding, so miscommunication occurred several times.Even the room condition was the worst. Slippers are not provided, and the hair dryer is said to have a broken wire or not.The water pressure is weak and the sink is clogged so the water flows down.It looks like there are no basic amenities at all.The only advantage is that there are a lot of soft lights? degreeIf you're planning to stay for a short day, just go somewhere else.
