The rooms were very clean, large, quiet, well and modernly equipped. The sanitary area was clean and contemporary.Unfortunately, that was it for the positive points. The parking situation is very unclear. There are parking spaces directly opposite, but from 6:00 a.m. they require a parking disc (max. 1 hour) and a parking space. If you drive further down the side street, there seem to be more free parking spaces, but they are usually already full. There appears to be an underground car park under the hotel, but it's hard to tell from the outside whether you're allowed to drive in there or not. Lighting/signage is in short supply and if you arrive in the dark you won't see it.What wasn't clear to me when booking via HRS was that this was an automatic hotel. Booking via the machine worked well but I just find it impersonal.The checkout is uncomplicated but I haven't received an invoice to date. I'm a business traveler and it can't be that you don't get an invoice. Email inquiries will not be responded to. The contact number stored with HRS leads nowhere.A complaint submitted to HRS has so far come to nothing. Something like that is really annoying and not acceptable for portals like HRS.By the way, the hotel deducted the money from my credit card two days before my arrival (not just blocked it).I cannot currently recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel! Checking in is done via a screen, so it is completely contactless. You will receive the codes you need to check in in advance. The room and shower are very clean and tidy, very spacious and there is a kitchenette. What was striking is that the beds are very good for a hotel, which is often a lot worse. We were there for a concert in Frankfurt and it is a fifteen-minute drive away, so it is very close. The only downside is that it is located on an industrial estate, but I don't have any problems at night.

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were furnished to a high standard and very clean!The hotel was easy to reach and yet quietly located, so we had a very restful night.The breakfast buffet was rich.

Service and location only one star.Why, we had no one to provide service, everything was electronic.Location, in a commercial area, a busy street on the doorstep, a restaurant with a beer garden on the ground floor and a train line within earshot.But it's a subjective evaluation.A nice guest of the house helped us check in, but it's not that easy when you're over 60.The room was very large and clean (I like to use the Bahrfuss method, go through all the rooms and then put my foot on the white bed linen).The usual places that cleaning staff tend to “forget” due to time pressure can also be found here.Everything here refers to room 16, may be different in other rooms!Below was an Italian restaurant with a beer garden.The advertisement placed below the window illuminates the entire room.If you want to sleep before the pizzeria closes, you have to close all the windows and draw the curtains, but then you have to live with the heat in the rooms.A no go for us, we need fresh air to sleep.The bed was substandard, extremely soft, only one type of pillow, no replacement bed linen to be found.We would have gotten a cover, but who wants to take off their bed?There is a nice balcony (apart from the view), but no seating.Speaking of seating, a chair at the "desk" and a "children's chair in gold", as can be seen in some pictures.A relevant point, there were 2! free sockets! Please, what is that supposed to mean?So for smartphone, tablet, hearing aids - dry box and laptop I already need four, now there were two of us...There is no parking space, you have to look for something nearby.There is an underground car park in the building, but it is only for tenants.You shouldn't drive down naively. The driveway is not fun going backwards.For us personally it just wasn't right in this price category.But perhaps it is appropriate in this region.

We had a nice, large room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette is great, so the "coffee bar" is not on the desk like in many hotels, and you can fill the kettle directly without having to go to the bathroom. Easy check-in at the check-in kiosk as we had already checked in online in advance. Gladly again at any time.Free WiFi and the ability to log in with your own Netflix account via the television.We were very excited.

Very nice hotel but some particularities.Firstly there is no staff present. Check-in is done via an automatic terminal.There is no place for breakfast or dinner within the hotel itself. But there is a pizzeria in the corner of the hotel and bakeries nearby.The rooms are very large and very pretty.

From July 31st until August 1st, 2021Contactless check-in works great and even the room card was printed out. A young man helped us store the bikes, who then turned out to be the hotel's cleaner. The room was super spacious, including the bathroom. The Italian restaurant around the corner was immediately found and we were served very well. Everything was there and we could even make coffee in the morning.Disliked · There was no contact at all and I think it's a shame not to be able to connect a face to a hotel at all. Will interpersonal contact also die with Corona?

Super nice and modern hotel with super comfortable beds and fast WiFi. Parking with larger vehicles is not ideal, but you can find a parking space in the surrounding area! The Italian restaurant on the ground floor is very busy but the food is also available to take away! Price performance is great!

Great aparthotel with stylish, spacious & very clean rooms in a quiet location. Checking in at the machine was super quick and easy. For me an ideal hotel for business trips in the Frankfurt area. Gladly again. :-)
