Stayed here for a family celebration in the attached restaurant "Krokodil". Therefore ideally located. The rooms are acceptable and more than inexpensive for Berlin. Good breakfast with sufficient selection at an attractive price. In the above However, you should always reserve seats in the restaurant. Due to the bathing activity, it can be a little noisy during the day. The real drawback is the lack of parking spaces. However, you can usually find a free and free parking space in the surrounding streets.

Really great location. Although central there is also a good jogging area. We were able to have a good meal at Krokodil in the eveningService very courteous and correct. Beds with good mattresses - not sagging.Bathroom clean and modern.Heart... what more could you want 😅😅See you next time

Very quiet, an idyllic place. Quiet room (in the next building) simple, with a great view. Everything you need is there. Beds are very good.Parking situation is bad, especially if there is a party.The breakfast is simple but plentiful.

Room: Simple and simply furnished. The large mirror, small table and chair were missing, but 11 spiders were counted on the ceiling, which speaks for a healthy room climate. Service: Not used. Location: Great location on the water. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available (but we knew beforehand).

If you need a quiet retreat but are still looking for proximity to the big, interesting city, you are in good hands here. Within walking distance to the city of Köpenick and from there with a wide range of public transport across Berlin. We felt very comfortable.

Room not that clean, lots of spiders in the room Food good. Staff mostly nice. However, the fact that at a wedding reception at night the technology has to be dismantled and picked up the next day by noon (Sunday) is not entirely understandable... although agreed differently...Prices are also incomprehensible, single room only 10 euros less than double room, boss doesn't talk to the staff, rip-off at a wedding..., food cleared away at 10.30 p.m., cake wasn't given, although you can bring it yourself yes still resell...Here you just want to collect money, no concession...

The hotel is located right on the water, on the Dahme. I wanted and was able to start paddling trips there with my folding boat via a suitable jetty. The room has a small seat on the access balcony. From there you can see beautiful sunsets.The name river bath is to be taken literally. If the water temperatures are suitable, you can go on a beach holiday close to the city.The hotel also has a restaurant, which was busy when I was there. I neglected to make a reservation. What was irritating was the information that they were reserved. In fact, this only affected the “outside” seats. Inside I had a free choice. This was very pleasant because in these hot days of August 2022 it was cooler inside than outside in the evening sun.Since the hotel only has 15 rooms, the number of guests is understandably not large. Therefore, the selection at the breakfast buffet could not be extensive. I found the breakfast relatively spartan.I found the parking situation a bit stressful as the hotel does not have its own parking spaces. But that all went away when I was able to get a free public parking space right in front of the entrance.

Were there for the first time, the location is great, but that was it for us, the rooms are something different, we didn't really like the open shower, the floor is so slippery that we had to be careful... .Breakfast can be improved, there are little things, spoons in the salads, descriptions on the pot, coffee or tea, when the weather is nice, seat cushions are not taken out until all the guests are already seated, etc.We are involved in tourism ourselves, a good host always learns from criticism and this can only be a good thing for Köpenick, it is such a great district otherwise others will do the same at some point.But still, thanks for the experience

+ The furnishings of the rooms and the entire hotel are really quite attractive.+ The location and the view outside are very nice.- The shower doesn't work at all. A shower screen is missing. Even if you are careful, the entire bathroom is under water and if you put clothes on the floor, they will get wet. Of course that was really unpleasant. There is a long squeegee that you can/must use to wipe. A little cheeky, I think.- There is no Do Not Disturb sign. At least I didn't see any.- The cherry yogurt at breakfast was really no longer edible. Tasted very much like fermented fruit.- Toppings at breakfast were only replenished after requests. You have to see something like that.- Water was only available at breakfast upon request.- Employees generally call you on your first name. You have to like it. I do not like it.

We celebrated our wedding here in a very small setting and we and our guests felt very comfortable here. The ambience is unbeatable, you just immediately feel relaxed. It was a great day in a great place! Here you can't party to your heart's content and we thought that was a good thing. The rooms have a great view of the Dahme, but can get quite hot at over 30 degrees. The planning was extremely flexible and the staff is also super nice. Thanks again, see you.
