Randomly chosen as a stopover on the way home from Lake Garda. Direct hit! Very nice innkeeper couple! Rooms good and very clean! There was a lot of food and very tasty! Nothing was missing at breakfast! Next time we will select directly and not randomly 😉😎👍

Always a nice break visiting the Stern. After many visits we can say that every time it is absolutely delicious. The portions are really big, even the good eater will definitely be full. The innkeepers are always friendly and do everything for their guests.Of course, prices have risen here too, like everywhere else. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.Conclusion: Good food at reasonable prices and friendly service. What more could you want?

Ordered food to take away, portions were large, tasted good, but definitely too expensive with a surcharge of €10 per dish. 27.50 for a Swabian plate is utopian. Unfortunately, no one can or wants to afford that anymore. Takeaway food for 4 people for €111.90 is too much. Unfortunately the last time for us.

In my very busy travel life, I have rarely had the accommodations that I would really like to return to. But that's definitely the case at Gasthof Stern, where people listen to you and respond with a warmth that I've rarely experienced in 5-star hotels. I'd love to come back and if you're just in the area - it's definitely worth a detour.

There were four of us there and something wasn't right for everyone. I couldn't eat my food at all because it was too spicy, and the waitress didn't give any feedback. The waitress came to our table smoking, even though there wasn't much going on, we had to wait a long time. Portions are large, but it's no use if it doesn't taste good and it's definitely too expensive. When paying the bill it was mentioned again that my food was too spicy, the reaction was a rude and mushy "then you should have said that" when you asked When the lady told me that they were doing this, there was no further reaction.

Food was reasonably good, luckily the pork/beef meat was already dead otherwise it would have drowned in the sauce that flooded the whole plate, why can't you bring the sauce in a special sauce dispenserThe service was a complete catastrophe from 9 p.m. onwards. The waitress preferred to drink with the regulars one after the other rather than have a look or come when called for drinks. You had to come to her to order and then pick it up yourself and the best part From midnight onwards you were more or less thrown out, so I definitely won't be coming back
