We've eaten there several times now. My food was always freshly cooked and beautifully presented. There was also salad and mini rolls. The others' dishes were also rated as surprisingly good. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Price/performance is right. A recommendation for a tourist stronghold like Meersburg!

Food was the worst I've had in a long time! Mini roulade tough as leatherLeberle raw, fried potatoes soggy and tasteless! At recklamation they didn't understand us because knowledge of German is no longer a requirement today! the service was a disaster! Ripping off tourists!

We were here in the restaurant for dinner today on July 1st, 2024. I ordered the dish of the day, pork loin steak with hunter sauce. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. Only 2 mushrooms in the watery cream sauce. There was also salad in the sauce, which in my opinion had no place there. There wasn't much going on either, the few guests paid quickly after their meal and disappeared. In terms of quality, this restaurant has no chance of being surpassed. The service was very friendly, but what's the point if it doesn't taste good. The portions are also very small. So we won't be back.

Booked a hotel for a short vacation on Lake Constance. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Bathrobes and shoes are included. The breakfast was tasty and rich. Since we left shortly before breakfast began in the morning, we were kindly provided with a free meal package for the journey.

We spent a weekend there. The location is directly on Lake Constance - there is only one street in between.Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel met us extremely unfriendly. The greeting was very rude - there was no sign of being welcome as a guest. On Friday evening we were literally shouted at when we asked where to park. It was late in the evening, but the employee was still in the restaurant. During this incident we were even asked to leave the room straight away (at 11 p.m. at night...). If we hadn't already paid, we would have actually left right then and there.

We can only rate the restaurant because we ate there.We had reserved a table outside the hotel.When we arrived everything was beautifully set up.We ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Both were served in style and were of first class quality.The food was good, but there is still room for improvement in the presentation (decoration, etc.). But that doesn't detract from the taste.

When looking for a restaurant, we look at the menu at Augustin’s. A nice lady who was waiting for a free table on the street recommended the restaurant to us. She comes from Konstanz, where the gastronomy has nothing comparable to offer. We don't want to wait and go indoors. The menu is appealing and we choose the veal cordon bleu with grilled vegetables and rosemary potatoes. Further fried char on risotto. The recommendation is excellent and we are completely satisfied. That's why we also choose Créme Brûlée for dessert, which is also delicious. We even get a visit from the chef, who asks whether we enjoyed it. And everything at normal prices. Overall: highly recommended!

Our 5 stars refer to the restaurant as we did not stay in this hotel.The food and service were outstanding within the overall offering in Meersburg!The two owners willingly responded to each individual request of the guests.Everything (kitchen and service) was of the best quality every evening!If you decide to visit Meersburg, you shouldn't miss a visit to this restaurant!

Small hotel in Meersburg, just under 20 meters from the “yacht harbor”. Rooms very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is the occasionally disturbed television reception.Breakfast buffet is more than adequate for the size of the hotel. Large selection of rolls and various muesli variations. Coffee etc. Served to the table fresh from the machine. Breakfast eggs on request too.You feel cared for.Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Unfortunately I can't report anything about the food. We sat down in the restaurant with a couple of friends and waited for the waiter. He came after 5 minutes, stood at our table, looked at us unfriendly and asked just as unfriendly: "Yes, please?" When we then asked for the menu, we were again very unfriendly: "But that could take a long time because the chef is alone."We then went to another restaurant where people were friendly despite the stress.Anyone can have a bad day, but you do expect a bit of professionalism in the catering industry. Nobody has to clean the guest's butt, but a little kindness would be nice.

We spent our 36th wedding anniversary at Augustin's.The cuisine is really the best thing we have eaten on Lake Constance. Plus this warm, courteous service.The rooms were lovingly renovated and we didn't miss anything.We are already looking forward to July, when we can indulge ourselves again at Augustin's.Greetings to the 2 tenants and thank you for the great time.Ingrid and Hansi 👍
