Bed was very comfortable. Roller shutters darken well. Kettle, fridge, table with chair and a shower in the room. Price-performance ratio was right.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight on my own. I chose this hotel because of the affordable price. Free cancellation was possible up to 36 hours before arrival, which sounds very accommodating to me. There was also parking available for me directly in front of the hotel. However, I traveled on the weekend, when the hotel is less busy.The room facilities are not lavish, but completely sufficient. There is a small TV, a bedside table, a desk with a chair and a table lamp, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also a minibar, a kettle and a cup available in the room. There is also a shower cubicle and a sink with a mirror. The toilet is in the hallway. For me, this equipment was completely sufficient. I might have just wished for a cutlery set in the room.A large and a small towel as well as a small bar of soap are provided by the hotel. I didn't find the bed uncomfortable. The room and the sanitary facilities are clean.The location is absolutely central, right next to a shopping gallery.All in all a great value for money. I will probably come here several times a year.

The hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable 👍Facilities: shower cubicle/sink, refrigerator, TV, chair/table, kettle and a double bed.Very good windows, even though the hotel room faced a busy street, you couldn't hear a single car 👍Half a minus point for the defective sink (porcelain was cracked and should be replaced) and the bad parking situation.Because of Corona, the key handover was contactless (key safe), and the operator of the accommodation was very nice.I'd love to come back 😉

Positive: the location, spacious, clean rooms with shower,friendly staffNegative: the room door is a normal door = every step in the hallway is audible, including coughs, alarm clocks, telephone calls from neighboring rooms.The toilets in the hallway are from the 1960s. Cold, drafty, peeling paintThere is free parking at the hotel. Questions!And the small bakery on the right with the old-fashioned charm of: only jugs outside;) is absolutely recommended. Great cakes and breads, sandwiches and coffee at a low price (cappuccino €2.50). Go there and get a piece of coffee house culture.Conclusion: For €25 a night, hide the toilets. Price/performance is right!

Easy for those on a budget. That's why you shouldn't expect luxury. You get towels, a clean bed and the room was pleasantly warm. The windows are not insulated, so unfortunately there was always condensation on the windows and you had to ventilate for a long time even after showering. (There was a shower cubicle in the room.)Unfortunately, it's very noisy, so I recommend everyone to take good earplugs with them!Disadvantage: neither coffee nor food/machine is offered. But luckily the Glacis shopping center is right outside the door, so you can shop for everything straight away. We had a small refrigerator in the room, but we always had to unplug it because it hummed too loudly. There is also a small rotating television. The lamps are a bit awkward (but we had bought candles).But in good company you can ignore all that and have a really nice time there. Hence 5 stars.Gladly again :-)

I booked a room, then I got sick and couldn't sleep in the hotel, and now he wants money from me. Even though I told him I was sick... after 1 month I wrote to me and had to pay for the room! Mah...super bad!

Really good price. Extremely nice. Top location and by that I mean really really great location 1min Gracis Galerie, 2min ZUP and train station. Parking spaces, etc.So if I have to go to Ulm/Neu-Ulm again then I'll definitely come back here.
