The reality on site had little to do with the pictures on the website or booking portals. There is no reception. You get the key from a machine. I was put up in another building down the street. The room there was old-fashioned, the carpet dirty, the bathroom not hygienic. I never met anyone in charge during my stay at the “hotel”. Breakfast was standard with filter coffee. It was only on the last day that I saw that there were also boiled eggs, but they were never offered to me.I was expecting something completely different.

Everything perfect. Bad Buchau is a beautiful small town, from the mud baths you can walk to the market square, the thermal baths and Wackelwald. We liked it very much. Would love to come back.

The hotel is family run. The operator tries to respond to the wishes of the guests as far as they can be implemented. He is always friendly and accommodating, and the staff is the same way. You can communicate your wishes to the staff at breakfast, such as changing towels, etc.Wish you a pleasant stay!

Arrival after a 6 hour drive, no one on site, no one available by phone. No idea which room is ours.Absolute disappointment and definitely not recommended.

Room not ready on arrival day. Bed not made, towels carelessly thrown over the holders in the bab. There was no opportunity to complain because the reception was not open. Room key in bag in hallway with name hung on coat rack. Normally not even worth one star.Not worthy for a health resort.

Bed and breakfast accommodation. The breakfast was decent and the staff were always nice and accommodating!We were there with the e-bikes and were able to park our bikes in the garage. The roof terrace is also a great place to look at stars and shooting stars.The facility is outdated but functional.

Unfortunately, it's hard to think about sleep and relaxation. The walls and doors even let every conversation through.Shower was very dirty and water pressure felt like 5-10 drops/sec.Price not as agreed on the phone (booking)! Approximately 23% more expensive... Reason for payment: "The boss wrote it down like this..." No response from the "boss" when asked.Breakfast was very meager for the price. Room service without cleaning... only the bed was "made up" once and towels replaced... no refilling of the tissue box or toilet paper, no vacuuming or wiping...several cockroaches spotted in the house entrance area...Well...unfortunately not recommended at all

Stunning interior, recently renovated and very clean. There is more inside than it looks like from the outside. Nice views from the various balconies. The owner makes you feel right at home.

Bed&Breakfast nothing more and nothing less. The breakfast was really good and the service ladies were very nice!The beds were worn out, the bathroom was old, but with plenty of space and clean. We stayed in the building next door. Here you share the house with social housing from a foundation. There was a pungent smell of food throughout the house.We cannot recommend eating in the in-house restaurant (Greek) AT ALL!!!!!!! Zatzicki was not edible because it was sour/expired and - unbelievably - you can't pay with a card there....OK for overnight stays, but nothing more.

Stayed there for one night....check was very easy...key was deposited, didn't have to pay until the next day after breakfast (booked on booking.com).Price was ok for the room...it was also clean.Breakfast was great.....something for everyone👍The three ladies who made breakfast and collected the money were very friendly and nice.

Very good location. Central. Free parking. Very nice staff. Rooms are cleaned every day.There is also a Greek restaurant in the house that buys and prepares everything fresh. E-bike rental directly in the house.

We had lunch at the Poseidon restaurant which is in this hotel. They offer Greek food and it is fairly good. They also offer german food which is very convenient for the different palates. We had an appetizer, which is a tradition they kept. It was a very quiet and pleasant place. Will come back.
