And another downside is that there is a smelly mothball in the bathroom, which causes dizziness and an allergic cough. We paid for breakfast, don't repeat our mistake! Because on the first day we asked for breakfast at 8 am, came to the kitchen and there was no one there, we knocked on all the doors, they didn’t open it for us. They fed me at 10 am... They gave me two pieces of toast and a piece of butter, that’s it! Although the menu also promised juice and fruit. We didn’t have breakfast there anymore, no one insisted and they didn’t offer to return the money for unused breakfasts.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week at the end of August. There was 8 of us in total so we had plenty of space. It is away from the hustle and bustle so suited us nicely. Rooms were spacious and clean with air con units in each room. Loved the hot showers! Vera and the team were so awesome and friendly. Very helpful when we had last minute requests and quick to respond. We had arranged our own driver for the week but you will need a scooter or driver to get around if you are to stay here which they can also help you with. We really enjoyed the pool and the big kitchen which had everything you needed. We did order the breakfast offered at the villa on our last day and it was amazing and scrumptious! It exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this villa for big groups. Suksema Vera and team. We will definitely be back.

I really like a quiet place with clean and cool air, blue sky, white clouds, far from road noise, you have to have your own vehicle if you stay at devan guest house, we rented all the rooms at devan guest house for 3 nights and really enjoyed this place

Wow, what a fantastic way to end our stay in Bali. The Devan guesthouse has comfortable beds, large rooms with good natural light, it’s very clean and the shower is HOT. The location is out of the way but easy to access using a scooter. Really wish we had more time here!

Very nice guesthouse, the guesthouse is located in a local neighborhood, so you are isolated from all the hustle and bustle of Canggu. You can rent a scooter from the owners or book a Grab to get to the center. Vera and her husband provide very good service, the rooms are neat and hygienic, we had a very nice stay for three nights.

Location is a bit out of the busy areas.Room was clean but no kettle or fridge or TV.All those are located in the common area which includes a share kitchen with equipment free to use to cook. As well as a fridge.I would have given a better rating if the bed frame wasn't making so much noise when moving.And the outside noise with roosters and ducksn not to mention barkjng dogs, very loud most of the night.So forget about the quiet place to sleep.I guess it is hard to avoid in little remote areas with locals around.

Access info, it's better to go straight from the North East direction, from the South West there is no road, it's a dead end.One payment gets 6 rooms, kitchen and swimming pool, for large families, elf hood. 19 people can enter the parking lot.Complete kitchen, stove, gas, rice cooker, frying pan, lots of glass plates, refrigerator, dispenser with additional spare gallons of drinking water, shared YouTube TV...

4 stars because the place was way off fro. AirbnB map. They fix it tho after i complained, but still i only know it a day before departure and cannot move to another place. Nevertheless, place is perfect for family gathering. Perfect size, nice pool, nice ambience. Location is actually in between Kuta and Ubud, near Eco Beach so if you want to check out Ubud while staying around beaches, the place is perfect. We actually changed our iteneraries after finding this out..
