Very familiar and friendly welcome. Magnificent view from the balcony. We can only recommend it, there are also beautiful hiking trails from here and you can explore the beautiful surroundings by e-bike.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation in nature, the Albhotel Bauder is the right place for you. Bad Urach with its beautiful hiking trails is only ten minutes away. We particularly recommend the waterfall trail, up to the Urach waterfall, then back down over the slide rocks and the Güterstein waterfall - absolutely fantastic. Mr Bauder is very helpful and is happy to give further tips on hikes and excursion destinations in the area.Our room was exceptionally large and very clean, with a table, sofa, armchair, a seating area and a large balcony. Even if it had rained, you could have spent a good time here. The breakfast buffet was rich and left nothing to be desired - boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, coffee or cappuccino - actually there was nothing that wasn't available.We can absolutely recommend the hotel!

Large, clean rooms with an inside bathroom. Buffet dinner, excellent quality and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is rich, with everything for the sweet, savory and muesli crowd.I can only recommend it.

In mid-September we stayed at the Albhotel Bauder with our travel group for 3 nights. The hotel is located on the edge of a small town and welcomes you with what you want most as a city dweller: rural idyll and relaxation with a view over the fields, paddocks and into the woods. A very great hotel with plenty of space to feel good! I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and given a really nice room with a balcony. I also met the boss and he showed me the many parking options in a very friendly manner. As a hotel guest you can also get drinks in the house at any time and write them down. We ate right next door in the green tree, the dishes were very tasty. Big thank you for the nice hospitality, I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! :-)

This large family-run hotel is recommended ~ price-performance ratio is right, everything is very well-kept and comfortable (sometimes a bit playful furnishings, but not annoying for me and they are also well-kept) and pleasant, friendly people there. Thanks again and again #Alb #Schwob

We were guests at the hotel for 4 days with our hiking club. We can only praise the Bauder-Schreiber family and their staff, very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are very spacious, very clean. The breakfast and dinner, as a buffet, were great. Very rich, tasty and left nothing to be desired. The hiking group would like to thank you again. We felt very comfortable in your hotel.

Great, huge rooms in a beautiful hotel in the beautiful Swabian Alb. The boss tries very hard, the wife is more Swabian pragmatic ("she can't come later, I'm eating right now").And another tip: If you write in the folder in your room that you have charging cables available, then you should have some. Such cables for common cell phones don't cost the earth, and for God's sake, throw away your old cable boxes 😄I meant it kindly, but it was more stressful to dig through the junk 😄

Family-run, idyllic, rural and quiet hotel that deserves its 3*S rating. You can have a nice laugh and chat with the relaxed owners...they are accommodating, even with special requests. My modern bathroom & bedroom were adequate to spacious and had a large, high quality, modern Panasonic flat screen TV. Unfortunately there was no signal. The landline telephone (which is NOT standard in every 3* hotel)Unfortunately it was not suitable for long distance calls. Comfortable mattresses. Lighting in the room well thought out. Attractive seating area and practical dining table corner with small doilies and decorations. Appropriately spacious seating/tableBalcony with a view. Breakfast buffet: reasonably generous, room: mostly appealing. I only missed maple syrup with the porridge and packaged bread with a declaration of the ingredients. Food intolerances. Reception (as usual in hotels of this category) not staffed all the time. Fax service possible.International audience as well as regular guests.I only regret spending three nights there!
