When we arrived, the toilet had obviously not been cleaned after its last major use, I have never seen anything like that in a hotel. There were also two half rolls of toilet paper and 1 towel. That's a bit poor. The rest of the room was OK, there was a small fridge, which was very convenient for me. The next day the cleaning staff at least hung up a shower towel. The inside of the toilet was then cleaned, but the glasses suddenly had strange stains (blood?) that stayed there the rest of the time. There was a (fresh?) bath mat on my suitcase, which I then used as another towel, but after it was used it was taken away on the floor but not replaced. When the toilet paper ran out after a few days, no one felt compelled to put more of it in the room, even though the hotel staff had obviously been in the room (bed made differently). Overall, the whole thing is kind of strange.The location is very good, a quick walk to the city center and also well connected by public transport. Not enough parking spaces available, and depending on the time of day, they are also rare in the surrounding streets.

We booked this for our transit. When we read that the room was in the basement we had our reservations, but wow!! Never posted a review before but this certainly deserves one. Very spacious room and very neat. We feel like this room is completely new, so clean and tidy. We also had to laugh when we walked in because we were positively surprised by the space.We definitely recommend the 'basement room' (#8).

Charming little hotel in a very good location. The rooms are very clean and everything you need is there. Bed, bathroom, refrigerator, television, box, hairdryer, towels, everything you need! The breakfast is also extensive and sufficient, so there is something for everyone. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely nice and courteous staff that works in this house. The young gentleman at the reception is a real treasure! Extremely friendly, hard-working and accommodating.A small but nice hotel where you would like to be a guest more often.

Small, quiet hotel with around 20 rooms centrally in Ulm.The nice gentleman at reception is always available for a quick chat.The breakfast is good and the staff are very nice. The price/performance ratio is right.I'm here for a training course at Iveco. It's about a 10-minute drive to the training center and there's also a bus connection to the Danube Valley.The beautiful old town of Ulm can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.I would also book this hotel for a private trip to Ulm.I am looking forward to the next training or visit.

I booked the rooms for family and friends, they really liked the breakfast, the staff and the location. You can park in the middle of Ulm in just a few minutes, about 10 minutes, and park in front of the house. 👍Always happy.
