I've rarely slept as badly as I did here. The bed is rock hard, the pillow is a joke.But the restaurant is good, the food is fresh and tasty.The shop at the entrance is convenient as there isn't much in the area.Conclusion: I would come here again to eat, but under no circumstances would I spend another night here.

When it comes to service, the people who work here are not professionals. The food was also rather boring in terms of taste and appearance. There is still a lot of room for optimization here. We will definitely come again. But a lot of things really need to improve during this time.Quality of the food was good.Prices okay too.I'll be happy if I can give a better rating next time.

Great shop where you can get organic products. But not just food or household goods, also children's toys made of wood or clothing.Naturata also has a book corner and a nice restaurant.The food there is delicious.Unfortunately, the staff is sometimes rude or uncoordinated.There are huge portions on the plates for a good price.

Here you can buy great Demeter products or sit in a cozy coffee. The muesli here is excellent. There is also a small shop for high-quality clothing made from organic cotton or wool. I was here as a child and always enjoy coming back. I can't rate the rooms as I've never stayed there.

We always enjoy coming to Naturata in Überlingen. There is the best Bolognese sauce in all of Lake Constance😍🍛fresh salad🥗and lots of other delicious things... It's comfortable to sit in and the staff is very friendly... We can also always find lots of things in the associated shop...we can just recommend it.

I can't rate the rooms because I didn't stay there. The location is extremely pleasant, under trees, beautifully green. The service is very friendly and quick. The food is very tasty and cheap. Always my pleasure.

Were there yesterday and our daughter wanted penne with tomato sauce. The noodles were completely overcooked and our child ate a few and left them alone. They said it and the waitress probably passed it on. There was no replacement and we had to pay full price. Then we bought a spelled loaf that was unfortunately no longer fresh. For these prices we expect better quality!!!!! Very unfortunate!

Service in the restaurant is substandard. Orders are taken and then the staff chats for 20 minutes without bringing anything. The main thing is that you go 10 minutes before closing time.

We were just there for the first time.Unfortunately the service was an absolute disgrace. After 20 minutes of waiting and the restaurant was minimally full, we asked if we could order, whereupon we were told that the waitress would come to us straight away. Instead, the person walked past us several times to clear tables or return newspapers to their location, even though there were a number of tables available for new guests. After 35 minutes we hadn't even ordered drinks and when new guests sat down and were promptly served by the same waitress, we left.Service 0/5

Rooms clean and comfortable. However, in the morning you are woken up by the beep of the checkout from the organic store, which is directly below the rooms. The store has a nice selection and delicious mueslis. When I asked about a certain variety over the phone, I was treated very unfriendly and instead of giving me an answer, they simply hung up on me. Good service can be different...

Disappointed when we arrived. I booked a room for 3 nights from Monday to Thursday morning. As soon as we arrived we were told that on the 2nd night we would have to change rooms for no apparent reason and without explanation, hence our disappointment. This is why we shortened our stay. The soundproofing is not very good because we could hear the neighbors chatting and all night long the fridge in the store which is on the floor below.
