Holiday apartment: high quality, clean, simple, a little more attention to detail would be desirableService: Booking processing via K&K Ferienimmobilien is absolutely professional, but also very impersonal and contactlessLocation: Within walking distance of the swing bridge, city harbor, restaurants, shoppingOwn jetty, great view, everything could be really nice, but...Dog owners: the motto here is “go poop somewhere else”, your dog is not allowed to do anything here, a short leash and that’s it / we received a direct message about this from the balcony, the supervisor sits there every day and watches what is happeningBicycles: off to the open bicycle shed (outside the residential complex), which is inadequately secured with a padlock. Within this shed, the bikes can only be locked together. Anti-theft devices would be desirable. Attention: bicycles may not be parked within the residential complex!Parking lot: very cramped boxes, not all of them are covered, long ways to unload luggageConclusion: actually a great facility, but the concept of accommodating owners and vacationers under one roof has failed here, we don't feel welcome here and can therefore not make a recommendation!

Very nice and very modern apartment with nothing missing. Centrally and yet very quietly located in Malchow. Very well organized by K&K Ferienimmobilien. Can only recommend 👍

We chose the Nordlicht holiday apartment in Malchow because my husband and I like SUP riding. The location was perfect because we didn't have to constantly inflate and deflate the SUPs. A few meters to the jetty.The holiday apartment has everything you need, even a washing machine and a dryer. It would have been nice to find a tumble dryer for the terrace, because when the weather is nice, laundry dries better there than using electricity for hours.We felt very comfortable. Communication with K&K was also great, everything went smoothly. We had problems with the key box when checking in, but thanks to a phone call with a super nice employee, everything was quickly resolved. Perfect customer service.One star deduction for the patio furniture, it should be replaced, loungers to relax would also be great ;-)

A very attractive and very well-equipped holiday apartment with a view of Lake Plauer and direct access to the water from the grounds. We felt extremely comfortable. Only the search for the FW was a little difficult because the photo in the arrival information did not show the yellow house but the neighboring house. Furthermore, as we discovered, house number 71 exists twice!
