Cozy autumn short holiday in the Müritz holiday park in Rechlin: rustic holiday home with barbecue, fireplace and sauna for self-catering guests with a car. There is a relatively large kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and plenty of dishes. Tip: Be sure to book the energy flat rate as the heating is powered by electricity and the wooden houses are not insulated! Slippers are also recommended.Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was unpleasant. Everything seemed pretty worn and greasy, there were dead insects in the corners. I don't really want to have to clean first thing on vacation.Broken items should be replaced and stained textiles should also be cleaned. Otherwise a nice little break for families and couples.

All in all very good. My girlfriend and I, as well as our sons, felt comfortable even though we were accommodated on the edge of the complex. Jakuzi and an oven create a romantic atmosphere! Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Gladly again.

This is our 4th stay at this holiday park, the 3rd in house 7, which in our opinion has the most ideal location in the 1st row and is well equipped for 2 people. In the past there was a central option for doing laundry. After the change of ownership, washing machines are no longer available. You are referred to the possibility of inquiring at the nearby campsite... We find this to be unreasonable if you are staying for several weeks and in no way appropriate to the ambience of the facility.

The gem of mother nature is just wonderful but the people who are dealing with customers are not really in 2024.... well I could write here now a book but long story short these guys are still living in 2000...so means unreal opening hours in the restaurant and shop...there is noooo reception so that was really a bummer for our self employed friend who couldn't get email ec from costumers...If you book that thats fine but it was on the website....We been very lucky with the weather ( 30 Celsius) during the day so we opened the all windows in the house but couldn't sleep because of a festival in a near by town. So they finished at 7 o'clock in the morning they music... crazy. So I did ask on the reception what's that about and why so long, she said we have been very lucky the wind was from the right direction 😱 it's a wonderful place but they didn't cop on to 2024... It's only cash by the way so be prepared...oh the prices are like 2024.... just a pity....and no sorry or any kind of costumer care on the check out or between....

My wife and I were in week 39/23 in Röbel/holiday park/house W8.The house, the location, service in case of problems, really nice. What should be addressed/complaint about is:-The most beautiful bedrooms on the upper floor cannot be darkened due to the design (gable-height glazing). The sun rises, so do the eyes... :-)-The living room is very spacious, but only has a measly IKEA sofa and 2 armchairs - there is more!Going out in the evening with two people - none.I brought in a garden lounger so that my sweetheart could use the sofa. Lying for two - no way!(The house is rented to up to 8 people - what do they do?)-The mattresses were VERY soft. (Organized?!)Had back pain after the first night.Enough complaining! :-)As already written above: the house, the location, service in case of problems, really nice.

Very quiet holiday park, but you can still relax very well. The only disadvantage you have is you have to use the car for all errands. But otherwise everything is great

Conclusion in advance:We can recommend the holiday park in Röbel. Then why only 3 out of 5 stars? I will summarize our very personal aches and pains in the following lines.Things we liked:- Visually beautifully landscaped holiday park with direct access to the Müritz. Every little house is a little different and therefore individual.- Equipment functional and completely in order- Outdoor facilities well maintained and clean- Shopping options in Röbel are plentiful and easily accessibleThings we didn't like:- Due to staffing, the next restaurant was unfortunately only open from Friday to Sunday (but the holiday park operator can't do anything about it)- Carpet in the sleeping area as well as the couch and especially the mattresses were stained. When we were asked on departure whether everything was OK, I said so but only received a shrug of the shoulders. I think large stains in the carpet should at least be recorded somewhere when it is handed over. Personally, I would have preferred a handover report listing damage or defects.- We knew beforehand that there was no WiFi. We didn't know that there was no cell phone reception in the house and that would have been a reason not to book. It's completely normal for us on vacation to plan the next day's tours in the evening or morning. In my opinion, the Internet is a basic requirement for this. My wife is a customer of Telekom, I am a customer of Vodafone. We lived in the house or apartment U9 on the ground floor.Would we come again? Probably not. We had imagined going for a relaxed walk with the dog on the Müritz. Unfortunately, it's not that easy. There were very, very many cyclists on the road. Some of them were very ruthless. So the walks often turned into running the gauntlet. Unless you walk very early in the morning or very late in the evening.

Very noisy houses. You can simply hear everything the upper tenant does. The noise on vacation is just annoying. Parking lot at the house is very small and narrow. Houses were designed for mass and not for comfort and privacy. Cleanliness is superficial. The area is very beautiful but we won't come a second time.

Unfortunately, the description on the Internet did not match reality. No washing machine and just a holiday apartment, according to the search engine it is a holiday home. The operator “interchalet” has to rework it.
