A place to recharge your batteries (a jewel on Lake Constance)High-quality furnishings made from natural materials and great design of the rooms, buildings and restaurant to make you feel good.Very friendly service and you can chat with the chef - greatThe boss of the house is always approachable and very customer-oriented.Directly on the lake with lake access over 400m wide - wowNatural garden with old sequoia trees.The restaurant with the philosophy of "sharing plates" and every plate with a little surprise for the palate.Not every cog is working in the first season, but it's definitely worth a stay now. Breakfast takes a while.Thanks (or not) to nature conservation, the sea is temporarily closed to protect the waterfowl.If you want to collect yourself and recharge your batteries with the best food, this is the right place for you.We'll be back - promised.

The place has always been an insider tip. But with the renovation it has been sensationally upgraded.I find the cuisine special and very selected.I really liked the room. Not overloaded but very tasteful.Service excellent.Many actions are also possible with a cell phone/QR code. e.g. B. Pay parking fees. Tip top everything. 🌸

A true gem of a hotel in an absolutely fantastic location! I've had the pleasure of staying here three times in a short space of time and am thrilled every time. The staff is always consistently warm and authentically friendly, the service is at the highest level, and the entire facility impresses with its impeccable cleanliness.Whether in the spacious park rooms with a breathtaking view or in the garden rooms with a panoramic view - both room types far exceed the usual standard in terms of size. They offer perfect retreats to relax and unwind. The tasteful and modern furnishings of the light-flooded rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the hidden balcony offers additional privacy.The great parking situation is particularly positive. Whether in the underground car park or outside, there are always enough free parking spaces. A hotel that leaves nothing to be desired – absolutely recommended!

An insider tip for connoisseurs. This new concept convinces me. The rooms are spacious and sustainably constructed. The good Lake Constance water in a bottle that you can fill yourself, always fresh! Everything well thought out. Cuisine and service at a high level. The nature reserve right next to the hotel, who can offer that! The service staff is always friendly and understanding, even with handicap people. Beautiful sauna area with a view of the old trees and cooling off in Lake Constance! Forest bathing and private lake access are not often found on Lake Constance. The food: Creative in new combinations. Imaginative names for the dishes, all of which challenge the palate. Only those who can get involved will be able to experience the taste of the goods. For the top location, star cuisine and staff, I give them full stars. Let's see what you can improve, see you next time -

Spent a long weekend with friends in the new, beautiful, high-quality and committed hotel. Perfect service in the hotel, almost perfect in the restaurant. We celebrated a 200% perfect evening with service and food and drinks at reasonable prices on the garden terrace. We were even more disappointed that the second evening was fully booked. You should reserve early, we were just too late. Breakfast was also very tasty, but there was a lot of chaos due to table reservations that didn't work. Without a reservation, many people would not have this demanding attitude, but would just be lucky which table they got. And the staff not so much stress. And no free tables for late booked breakfast guests. There was still plenty of space inside...Wellness area very nice. And now an outcry will go through the dog guild. It's wonderfully stress-free, quiet and hygienic without dogs. Will 100% come back.THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

Very idyllic and quiet hotel. The rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The location is very nice right on the lake and extensive green areas invite you to swim and sunbathe at the lake.The wellness area, which is included in the price, is especially designed for relaxation on rainy days. Infusions can be carried out independently in the sauna (at the push of a button) and the relaxation area offers everything you could wish for.The staff was super friendly and available to answer any questions.For people who travel by public transport: The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the “Friedrichshafen Fischbach, West” bus stop. There is usually a bus every 15 minutes to Friedrichshafen and in the other direction to Meersburg. When we were there (August 2024), the ticket was included in the tourist tax.Finally, a rather unusual note: I particularly enjoyed the curved flush of the toilet 😅

Location right on the lake in an idyllic park. Quality of the equipment is high. Service nice. Restaurant good. Potential for optimization: Coffee tastes burnt and can only be enjoyed with lots of milk.We'd love to come back!

It was a great escape of pleasure to be able to relax in Seegut Zeppelin hotel and eat great food served in the near Pinus restaurant. The design of the hotel is modern and minimal and blend perfectly with nature.The outdoor property is vast and there are plenty places to relax near the lake.The spa is very nice and clean but perhaps small and without any jacuzzi or indoor pool.The gym is also small but functional with new equipments.My room with lake view was just perfect, clean, comfortable bed and spacious.Thank you to all the team 🙏🏻

The Seegut Zeppelin impresses with its beautiful, natural garden with direct access to Lake Constance, which offers peace and relaxation. Everything in the hotel, from the modern architecture to the high-quality workmanship of the furnishings, is new and extremely attractively designed. You immediately feel at home and the service is excellent. It's also nice that Villa Gminder is embedded so harmoniously.Also positive: very child-friendly with a great playground, outstanding wellness area, dogs not allowed (good for the relaxation of all guests)Negative: Grander water. The water (filtered from Lake Constance) is already excellent. Promoting Grander water (pseudo-scientific, supposedly good for your health) doesn't fit with the rest of the concept of the house or the restaurant.Suggestion for improvement: Provide body lotion in rooms.

Nice concept with a small downer+ Very quiet, idyllic & clean+ Beautiful rooms+ Fluffy bathrobes, fantastic bed, great bathroom+ Friendly and attentive staff+ Magnificent view+ Very fine spa and fitness area+ Feel-good atmosphere and top service+ Beach bag with towels ready to hand+ Famous lighting concept in the room/bathroom+ Lots of shelves and organizational storage options- no air conditioning- no room fridge- Paid parking- Smoking only permitted in the yard- Care products are semi good, shampoo leaves the hair straw.- Restaurant fine but very expensive and vegetarian oriented- no room service/telephone in the roomConclusion: For me, the concept still gets in its own way, especially when it comes to little things. Given the summer temperatures, I would have liked a way to cool fruit and drinks in the room since there is no air conditioning and the room got quite warm.The meals had to be taken away from home because the restaurant served little to no snacks.It's a little strange that they attach great importance to sustainability but instead of using regional products they offer juices from Denmark.A breakfast buffet would be absolutely desirable and I would like a little more fresh air in the hallway.I still recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for and wants peace and relaxation. The excellent service and the warm team round off the visit and the ambience with the wonderful view.

Restaurant - Didn't even make it to the table despite having a reservation. We were already turned away at the entrance because apparently no dogs were allowed. “Because the boss probably doesn’t want it.” This is NOT stated ANYWHERE on the website. We were more than disappointed, “nature” is very important and taken as a motto and then animals that represent a symbiosis with nature are not allowed on the premises - wow, really authentic.NOT RECOMMENDED for dog owners!!!

Before the renovation I was a regular guest. This is my second stay since the reopening. The location by the lake is great and we have always had the sauna area to ourselves. It's a shame that it closes at 8 p.m. A longer opening time would be great here. Because early in the evening the lake access is completely in the shade. Then a change to the sauna would be ideal. There is no clock in the sauna itself. Personally, I don't think everything is a coherent concept yet. For example, there are no small things in the restaurant. This means that many hotel guests go to the snack bar around the corner. There is pizza and kebab there. In addition, the parking fee of €20 per day is high for hotel guests. The breakfast on the Teresa is great. The portions could be a bit larger for the price. For example, with a fried egg, simply use two slices of bread instead of one.

Very friendly on the phone and got a room even late in the evening. The price was also very good. I think the hotel is very new. Very clean. What we noticed straight away was that all the staff were very friendly on the phone and on site.The hotel looks simple (well thought out and no frills, sustainable). The highlight, in addition to the really quiet rooms, is the private beach. Unbelievable. So natural and quiet. The hotel also blends into the surroundings and doesn't impose itself. Everything falls into place somehow. The restaurant is located in what I would call a former villa. Very nice and once again they paid attention to the simplicity. We would like to thank you for the short but great stay. There is still a lot to tell. But let yourself be surprised.Maybe I have another tip. I know that the products offered at breakfast are regional, but the price was still very high for me. Possibly a buffet or smaller offers with a plate (cheese breakfast) where various regional products are offered and where you could get enough for less money. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the breakfast ourselves because we were short on time. That's why the criticism is more of one Guess and based on the menu.Next time I will travel alone with my wife and spend a nice weekend in this hotel.Addendum: I noticed that our water bottle in the room was empty/still had a few drops in it. I didn't notice that. But I read from the reviews here that it should be full. The glasses were definitely clean and the room didn't look like it had been used.Thank you very much!
